I explained the directions called for something I didn't have and without missing a beat, she said, "I don't have time to talk to you." and hung up. She never called back, never followed up, never apologized for her gruffness and I wasted money I didn't have to waste. The food was slightly undercooked and I have a friend with no spleen so it is dangerous for her to eat things that are undercooked and the reason it was under cooked was because Susan told me the food was ready but it was not. Also you are supposed to wash your hands after you crack an egg because you might get salmonella and that is dangerous but we did not even wipe out hands and that is not good..
