Can return it anytime before their closing hours. Free helmets, bike locks, and baskets if needed. Staff are friendly and let you try different bikes to find the right fit. Bikes are well maintained, comfortable, and ride smoothly. We've rented from them multiple times and keep coming back. If you're renting a bike in the area, I'd recommend these guys over the shops right at the entrance--better prices and great service!

They also took into account my wide foot size and tried several pairs of shoes (both road and mtb) to try to come up with a solution. They also took the time to explain the differences between the various Focus bikes. My friend also threw them a curve ball with his cleat/pedal install since he had a rounded allen bolt and questionable screw threads. In terms of selection, their variety of bikes, shoes and helmets blew Giant Vancouver away despite the store being smaller. As someone who's new to the sport, I couldn't think of a better resource at a great location on the North Shore.

They were so patient in helping me build my single speed. Emanuel and Blake especially put in a lot of time with me and made sure I was completely happy before I left. We had re-arranged our work day to be available when he arrived, so him being late caused problems. We booked the appointment for 3 bikes (1 gold, and 2 silver service packages). The technician arrived late and advised that the bikes should take 3 hours based on the service packages we chose. An hour and half later the technician advised he was done, and appeared to be in a rush to leave. He advises that the bikes are all in great working order and nothing needs any major maintenance or to be replaced. This is not true, but that's besides the point. The services we paid for, over $600, were simply not completed properly. Careless, rushed work.

Another concern is that I went back 5 days later to see if my bike was ready and it was just sitting out near the door with no one around. I waited 5 minutes when the guy finally emerged from a room in the back. Someone could have stolen it during that time and he would never have known. At least I have my bike back even though it was better before I brought it to Yuho Sports. It was a complete waste of time and money. I wish someone had warned me, so now I'm warning others. Stay away from Yuho Sports!

I called 20 times, left a voice mail and sent a text. All with no response. I waited a full hour and then decided to cut my losses and drive back home. Groupon issued me a refund. I would much rather spend more money to get better service (and not waste my time). I would not recommend this company.
