Courteous, speedy, and professional service. They were super helpful (one gentleman in particular, I forgot his name) We pulled up and pulled out with our 40lbs of corn beef with ease and much satisfaction. They went above and beyond with accommodating the fact that we didn't have cash. They gave us time to get cash and return with it to pay for our corn beef. They didn't have to do this but they did and it meant the world. Im definitely coming back!

Inside, behind those walls, is where all the magic happens lol. I should've bought me shirt before I left.

As a child, I am remember the Samoans referring to this place as "the meat place on Bryant Street." If you live anywhere outside of San Francisco, and relatives from here bring you a case of brisket, they will ask "is this the Frisco brisket?" LOL As an adult I appreciate this place even more! They have the best quality briskets! Opened Monday's thru Fridays. Cash only. Sometimes they open on Saturdays. You have to call ahead or email the company to confirm. Great customer service from hard working people! Thank you Greg and company! We will definitely be back again!

Decided to get some corned beef here when I started in the area. I always liked corned beef and it was great that a company was making it locally. And I wanted to taste the non warehouse difference. So I came here and part of the non warehouse difference was these suckers were big. Not the smaller packs that one would find at grocery stores. The price was actually a little higher too, but the meats were leaner too. In the end after cooking, the meats taste about the same.

This place has weird hours, but has some very interesting meats and employees Most recently, I got a pastrami (naval/plate cut) for about $7/lb, which is apparently very hard to find. Pretty delicious and marbled with fat. You can either cut thin or steam at medium heat for 90 minutes then thick cut. I'm excited to come back and try the corned beef bottom round, bangars, coppa, and all other goodies.

They wrap every piece individually for you in butcher paper, even though the corned beefs are vacuum packed,

We make our trip to Robert's Corned Meats once every year, the week, or days before St. Patrick's day. I personally don't celebrate St. Patrick's day, but our annual trip has become quite a tradition for my colleague and me! Holidays aside, Robert's has the best corned beef, in my opinion, so every year brings us back for more. We work in Oakland, so it's a quick hop onto the Bay Bridge to get our briskets and/or rounds, then back to work in Oakland, all within an hour!! They don't accept credit or debit cards, so come prepared to pay with cash or check. This place has been in business for so many years, its no wonder they're so good at what they do!! It's nice that they give baggies of extra corning spices to add to the water when cooking your delicious slab 'o meat. Great historic business, very nice people work there, and check out the very old cash register that is still in use.

I decided to give this place a try because it was recommended to me. The corn beef came out a bit salty but I guess the cabbage helps balance out the saltiness. I had 1.5lbs of the brisket and the fat to lean meat proportion was just right. Would definitely come back for the corn beef and would also like to try their other meats!

The BEST and oldest local supplier of corned beef, pastrami and other cured meats (sausages, ham, bacon, turkey, etc) in SF. This year marks 100 years of this SF family owned business, yet this place only has 7 reviews. Yes, u have to cook the corned beef yourself, but u are paying wholesale prices for a slab of meat. Save some money preparing your next family meal or backyard BBQ celebration. Note that the small retail shop has short hours (weekdays 7a-3p) and is closed during lunch time. Most people unknowingly have already sampled RCM products at many local restaurants and grocery markets. One popular example is Miller's East Coast Deli (except for the east coast style fatty pastrami imported from Michigan) uses RCM products. And on the streetfood vendor side, Pearl's Kitchen corned beef hash is made with RCM meat. Cash only.

This is the best corned beef on the planet! I won't shop anywhere else and frequently buy it to take to events in other cities.

First time I got a leg of lamb and more recently some double cut pork chops…read more I'm sure they are helpful if you ask questions but they were pretty busy both times I came in and it felt like you needed to know what you wanted for the most part. For the leg of lamb, I think most people get a whole leg of lamb. That was way too much for me and I think the butcher thought I was confused when I asked for less and asked me what I was doing with it. He ended up saying he could give me a half leg of lamb and I agreed. Thar was about 3 and a half pounds (bone included) which was the perfect amount. I seared it and then braised it and the meat fell off the bone. Delicious and the price was pretty good. I was cooking my first pork chop and decided to come here to get it. Their pork isn't labeled as Berkshire or Duroc or anything but that probably keeps the price down. For chops, they had boneless, bone in, and double cut (which was also bone in). I mentioned I wanted it to be about 2 inches thick and the butcher said to get the double cut.I got 2 beautiful thick pork chops for $6.99 a pound so about $18 total. The regular cut bone in pork chops were the same price though obviously smaller. I brined this overnight and reverse seared it and it was great. The chop was a loin chop- loin and then a tenderloin nugget- not a pure rib chop. Cooked really nicely and was tender which I think was partially the overnight brine and also their pork. They do sell some vegetables and grocery supplies if you want to just make a single stop. They also have a deli with some sandwiches that looked good and prepared foods. I was very focused on buying the things I came in for and getting on with my day both times but I would like to take a closer look in the future as it looked good. Solid butcher shop and clearly loved since it was busy both on a weekend and during the week. I'm sure I will be back.
