He didn't seem to be able to do it in a timely fashion, and then said that because he was struggling, and it took longer than he thought it was going to he would have to charge me overtime. This is because it was getting dark and it was after hours. He failed to recognize that he was two hours late showing up and that if he would've showed up on time, it would not have been an issue. Additionally, he struggled to install it and ended up cracking one of the other pipes, which ended up leaking and then needing to be replaced as well. Poor quality service. Avoid.

They were starting to work on the manifold in the front yard, asking my girlfriend if it is okay to cut branches of the fig tree above the manifold. But the manifold in the front yard is fine. It is the manifold in the backyard that needs to be replaced. They were going to fix a working manifold, and leave the broken one alone.
