I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. My wife and her mother brought in our van because it was leaking coolant and overheating while idling/in traffic. First they said that it was the radiator (which was just replaced after an accident 8months prior) after it was picked back up, the exact same problem persisted, brought it back.... they said the thermostat.... After it was picked up again, the same problem persisted. After doing research on our own it seems like the most likely problem would be something to do with the fan. So we got it up to temp, fan wouldn't kick on. We called to let them know, Zach said that it was not the fan because he had "checked to see it running".
