They quoted me a price about 30% of what my property manager wanted to charge me. Because I wanted the stump grinder out, Edward explained that they would cut it, need to have someone come out another day and check underground for gas lines, plumbing etc ( which the other company I contacted didn't mention) and then the grinding would be done another day. They did all of this from start to finish...showed up when they said they would every time. My tenant even reached out to me and told me what a great job they did. I reached out to Arias Trees for help, and they responded right away. Even though I had sent photos, the owner took the time to drive out and personally assess the job. Once on site, he realized the immediate task was smaller than expected--but he also noticed several other trees that needed attention. He struck me as honest and knowledgeable, so I decided to hire him for a larger job: trimming multiple trees to keep the property safe and well-maintained, and hopefully prevent future branch drops.
