Loads of seating inside in a cabin-like setting with a fireplace to sit next to in the cold months. This is a great place for groups or to just hang out with a book or get some work done. A nice big patio with umbrellas for those nice days. The treats are also delicious. We tried two massive cookies (ginger and chocolate chip) and they were very tasty. It makes me sad that it's their only location in town because it's not very convenient for me - literally across the city. But we do stop on our way out of town when it isn't too hot to be drinking coffee (I don't do iced!).

We would continue to go, and it became a regular spot despite its remoteness. The next year, by coincidence, my parents ended up moving pretty much down the street from it so it became easier to go more and more often. It's very cozy inside, very Wood Cabin-esque, and a great place to sit and catch up in the middle of winter. This place is somehow inexplicably entwined into my own personal history and their hot chocolate is pretty damn good.

This is a long time coming as the garden centre is out of town and a bit of a drive from most food venues. Definitely worth skipping lunch at a fast food chain and supporting the cafe that has some surprisingly fresh soups, salads and other menu items. Cool off with freshly made lemonade or a selection of multiple flavours of gelato. Lots of other cold and hot drink choices including coffees and teas. The service is impeccable and they have adapted so well accommodate guests during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are so thankful for their business!! 10/10 would recommend!
