You can tell 110% of the owners hearts were put into making this a place for children to call home while away from home. My child's teacher was very sweet and caring, despite the owner bombarding in and over ruling the teacher's care with her negativity, rudeness, and lack of the attitude that it takes to run a facility where people are trusting you to care for their children. I wish I could give this zero stars! SERIOUSLY, CHECK WITH THE STATE ON VIOLATIONS BEFORE SENDING YOUR CHILD TO THESE HORRIBLE FACILITIES! The on-line learning wasn't that difficult as the staff took time to help my son with any issues he had. They also worked with the school teacher to make sure he was on task and I receive daily reports from the BKP staff. He rarely has bad days, and when he does the teachers take the time to tell me about any issues and we work together; Parent, Teacher and Child, to do what is in the best interest of my child. Literally on her 3 day of being there I seen her bracelet was gone after I picked her up. I asked to look at the cameras again and they said no which we have access on our phone to look at the live Camaras. I talked to the owner and he let me see it and it showed my baby went in the diaper room and when she came out she didn't had her bracelet anymore. The teacher there kept playing it off that my baby was playing by a near by trash cans when I just seen my baby the door. Then they try blaming it on the janitor that they threw it away by accident. They try to give me next week half off but yet they didn't care about her. On her 2 week of going there to the day care I understand my kid didn't wanted to share chairs but this kid has no reason to bite my baby. I picked my baby up and had a bite mark and they never called to make an incident report. They stated that my baby didn't cry which I believe it was a LIE as well because my baby had that bite mark for 4 days in a row there no way my kid was just standing there looking stupid with out saying anything and letting a kid bite her that hard. After I talked to the owner he said something to them but yet the next day THEY were trying sit her away from ALL THE LITTLE KIDS and I kept looking at the live Camara and called it in they said supposedly she was hitting kids which she doesn't do that, she pats them that's her way of letting kids know she's talking to them because she doesn't know their name or can't even say it. They lady said "so you want me to call every 15 min" I had told her my schedule was flexible and if there was ANY ISSUES TO CALL ME and they never did I kept looking at the camaras and my baby was just standing up and sitting repeating but not hitting any kids. Not just that but I can keep going on about her dippers/wipes and her food as well. After I called in to drop her out of her class because she's never coming back they kept trying to charge me 265 every week which kept adding up to estimating 1,180 which I didn't pay because she didn't kept going, I should of really filed a police report for all of this but I was being too nice and gave too many chances..... like I mention DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE

We went to kiddie academy at first bc it was the closest to us. We left after several incidents by…read morethe same child that was not being resolved. We tried to be super patient and understanding until I watched this child myself hold down another child where he couldn't get up without teacher intervention. After making a last complaint and saying that we would remove our child from their care if they did not remove that child (20+ bites on different kids at this point 3-4 times for my daughter) they printed out papers showing us that this was developmental and OK to them. They would take extra precaution with the child and always have a teacher with get. We immediately removed her from that daycare. (Pic in comments) They have cameras but it turned out it was false security because it doesn't save and they don't care if your child is being hurt from another child if they consider it to be developmental. We were interested in lux but it had a wait list and even though they had cameras they don't share it with parents. Children's learning adventure in pearland was nice. I really liked all of the different rooms and things they have for the kids. It does feel like they kind of hire anyone. There were times when I walked in and the kids were climbing all over tables or hiding behind a bookshelf watching Mickey Mouse on phone. The drive also was not pleasant in the morning. We're currently enrolled at teddys ladder. She's learned a lot there but I don't agree with everything they do. I'm frustrated with the size of the classes (35/36) but didn't want to pull her out of the class this year because she's made good friends over the years. If I could back in time, I wish I would have found a school that advocated for age appropriate play, teaches age appropriate content including emotional regulation and really believes in it, and cares more about how the children feel vs how they're perceived.
