Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

Dealing with PDX Auto Spa has been an absolute nightmare. I never leave negative reviews but I…read morecan't let this happen to other people. To paint a picture, I cleaned my car prior to handing it over. There was only small debris and it is a small car. This was not a large job. I'll just bullet point this: - An hour and a half late to first appointment. - Said he would have the car for 6-8 hours, then pushed "another hour", "thirty more minutes", "ten more minutes", "five minutes out", until 10:30 pm, thirteen hours later. - Car came back in worse condition than what I handed over. There are rings of cleaner and dirt on every bit of upholstery. There is cleaner left on plastic parts, the door compartment still had wrappers and a parking slip in it (meaning it hadn't been touched at all), the drink holder still had sticky residue in it (meaning it hadn't been wiped), and I could see dirt in places where the vacuum didn't reach (meaning the seats were never removed). There are literally chicken nuggets and bottle caps in the seat belt pockets. - I sent pictures and asked him to come back out and was ignored until I said I would leave a review. He apologized, and we scheduled a new appointment on Monday with a window of arrival from 12-1. - He missed the entire appointment and texted me at 2 to reschedule. Then he missed the second window we scheduled, at which time I told him I was done waiting and asked for a refund, which he agreed to but has not provided. I have not heard from him since. If he disputes any of this, I have our full conversation with timestamps. I paid $250 and two full days sitting around waiting, to have my car come back in worse condition than when I gave it to him. I gave Ty a call and not only did he drive out to MY HOUSE at 9pm, but fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Ty was incredibly professional, on time, and did quick, excellent work. So with Summer weather knocking on the door I thought it would be a good time to tint the truck…read morewindows. Browsed Yelp's section of auto window tinting and zeroed in on Window Tint King. Not only did they have good reviews on Yelp but they also had good reviews on Google too so I used Yelp's messaging system to reach out about getting an appointment. Bob responded pretty quickly however don't do what I did and wait till the last minute try to get an appointment. I had a date in my head which would have worked out with the curing process since I was going out of town and wouldn't need my truck buuuuut I waited till the last minute and he was all booked up. I ended up making an appointment for the following week. So the shop is really easy to get too and there's plenty of parking. The office has a chair with a TV so if you plan on waiting there at least you have something to pass the time with. Bob is also an awesome guy and he's super cool. We talked about what I wanted for tint and how dark I wanted to go. Since my truck has privacy glass we decided to go 20% in the front and 35% in the rear. It took around 2.5 hours for 5 windows and it looks awesome. Anyone looking to get their windows tinted would be dumb to not come here. You'll get treated good here and get an awesome looking tint job for a really good price.

He removed the super dark tint that was on the front windows and put a new Oregon allowed 35% tint on. It is wonderful! Great job!
