Chris was outstanding in his attention to detail and devotion to customer service. He asked about any areas that required special attention, followed up both during and after the detail work was done to make sure I was satisfied, and then sent an additional text the next day asking if he needed to do anything over again. This has been, by far, the best detailing and car washing experience I've had to date! I've gotten my car detailed a few times, and Christopher FAR exceeded my expectations! He knocked it out of the park! 1. First of all, he comes to YOU. You don't even have to leave your home! Other detailing operations I've been to required I bring my car to their shop and wait around for 2-3 hours. 2. He was SUPER communicative. He walked me through all the details via yelp messenger after I'd requested a quote. Later, I'd booked him for 8AM on a Friday and when I asked to reschedule for a bit later in the day (if he had no other appointments after me), he happily obliged. 3. He was extremely empathetic to my financial situation (I'm a student- and so is he!). He made the cost of his services beyond worth it! BE SURE TO TIP HIM! 4. My car was GROSS. Two years of being a nanny to a 2 and 4 year old plus a move across the country did some serious damage to the interior of my car (not to mention the exterior was looking seriously faded). Christopher got into ALL the nooks and crannies! I'd had pennies stuck to the bottom of my cup holder, chapstick (and who knows what else) had melted in glove compartments... let's just say it wasn't pretty. He even gave me a basic exterior wash even though I didn't book it because I wasn't able to afford both interior and exterior. AMAZING! Christopher was truly exceptional. He even remembered what we had discussed a few weeks prior regarding the type of protectant I wanted to be used on our interior surfaces. Less expensive than comparable outfits and the service is top notch. They're mobile, so they came to me in NE Portland. Between rain showers they did the exterior and when it started to sprinkle, climbed into my SUV and polished off the interior. 8 hours later, it looks like a brand new car again. read more

Just had my 2013 Acura MDX detailed, both inside and out. It has never been detailed, but it turned out like new, just like when I bought it new 6 years ago. Chris was an extremely hard worker, he spent 7 1/2 hrs, and was very thorough. I decided to have my car detailed because of the remarkable results on my daughters 2005 Subaru outback. I like my car clean! I live in an apartment complex that doesn't allow tenants to clean their cars on site. I was forced to use drive through car washes, to clean my car, and it showed. A neighborhood friend allowed me to use his driveway to have Chris detail my car. It is now clean as a whistle. I have used several detail shops before and was pleased with the results, but this is the BEST detailing job I have ever had. My car has light grey leather seat that were stained with asphalt from dogs tracking in asphalt oil on hot days. The dealership tried to clean them, but failed and did not charge me. They said "sorry," after I had paid for a sealer and protection product that was "guaranteed," when I purchased my car in 2014. Christ said "no problem." The seats look better than new. The leather arm rests I could never get clean now sparkle. Chris is outstanding and a real stickler for detail. read more

I was very impressed with Christopher from Fresh Mint. This was the first time I've ever had a car detailed and I'm so glad that I found him. He's a great communicator and provided wonderful customer service before I booked an appointment. The Fresh Mint website is very nice and easy to use. Christopher arrived on time and looking professional in his Fresh Mint T-shirt, and reviewed some of the concerns I had about the car before getting started. The main reason I was looking for a detail was because I somehow got this very sticky putty on one whole side of my car as well as in the tire wells that I tried to remove myself and was unsuccessful in doing so. Christopher was able to remove all of it and you would never even know it was ever there. I also have a 2.5 yr old so there were crumbs everywhere and the interior needed some love. The car looked AMAZING when he was done; it has never been this clean and shiny since the day I purchased it! Christopher also finished the job ahead of time.
