They have the same staff and services just a new name. If you have the membership that comes with an App it still works but it's now got a few bugs. No worries they can take your plate number or name and find your membership.

This review is based solely on Rocket Wash's automatic "Exterior…read moreOnly" car wash, and not their full interior or detailing services, which I hope to try once the rainy season is over. I came in for an exterior wash and was promptly greeted by a very friendly, professional, and helpful attendant who asked what service I wanted (they offer three levels of wash, priced at $8, $12, and $15). I asked for a recommendation, and he said that with all the rain this time of year, I probably wouldn't see the benefit of the $15, and recommended the $8 or the $12. I opted for the $12, and was extremely appreciative of his honesty and not just trying to charge me as much as he could. He was able to take my card payment right there on the spot using a portable card reader / receipt printer, which is very reassuring and makes for feeling more secure than if he'd had to take my card inside the building. I also very much appreciated his clear directions for where to go and what to do after payment was rendered. I was very pleased to be given two individually wrapped and labeled interior wipes: one for the dashboard, and one for glass. The dash wipe was very effective, but the glass wipe left a residue (I used it on the interior when I got home). The car wash itself was very surprising and fun! Halfway through, you're treated to bright, multi-color illumination that makes the foam on your car intensely glow one neon color at a time. This literally made me laugh, and was truly enjoyable. I also extremely appreciated the red, flashing 'Wait", and then the green, flashing "Go" sign at the end of the wash. This is much clearer and easier to follow than what most other car washes have. The dry station has many (what appear to be) rubber nozzles that get much closer to your car than any other I've ever experienced. I suspect that these were designed to get the car dryer than conventional designs do, but the glass didn't seem to be any dryer afterward than others. The only minor disappointment was that my car wasn't as clean after the wash as I'd expect it to be. I had to manually clean my side mirrors, a small area on each side window by the mirrors, and a section of the right side of my windshield after I got home. I'm sure that this can be fixed, and I'm looking forward to my next flashing colored light car wash! One final plus is its location makes it very easy to get into and out of. Despite it being located right on the busy Mill Plain Blvd. ingress and egress is easy and fast.

You were…read moreso abundantly disrespectful, incompetent, and unable to take simple, calm, valuable feedback about a specific phone related issue you were having (that your co-worker was *not*, this is a *you* issue...) and even gave you the opportunity to let me speak to your manager whom you said would call me within the hour. Spoiler, he did not, and I haven't heard from anyone since. Hence leaving the review I told you I would be leaving. Let's get into it: My vehicle was due for it's first routine maintenance visit, and since I purchased the vehicle at Dick Hannah Honda I figured I'd bring it here and ask how much it would be given I'm moving pretty close to the dealership. I called the number listed on the sticker on my windshield and asked how much it would cost. Rachel said she didn't know, and that she would need to get me over to Sales to check my Sale date on my vehicle to see if I was under the year mark for my purchase. I said ok, get me over to Sales. Line goes dead. Call back, get Rachel again, tell her the line went dead. She says oh that's weird! Must be our system. And I'm like hmm soo, can we try again? I need to talk to Sales right? She says 'well yea but it's probably just going to hang up on you again.' ...umm. So. You don't have a way to transfer me to the people I need to talk to? How...can I talk to them? "Well, I mean we can try again if you want." Uhh....ok? Line goes dead. Call again. Get another lady (Judy? Jodie? Sorry, it was a J name). Explain I've spoken to Rachel twice and the line hung up twice when she said she'd transfer me to Sales, and Nice-J-Name-Lady says, "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I'll keep you on the line and make sure you get over there ok?" Sure. She puts me on hold, it rings, guy in Sales picks up. Yay...I speak to him, he finds my Sale date. I'm JUST outside the year mark. Rats. No complimentary service for me. Didn't know. Oh well. How much is it gonna be for a normal maintenance check/oil change? He doesn't know. Ok. I also have questions about my mirror. Ok well for that I need Parts. Ok. Can you get me to Parts? Sure. Get guy in Parts. Nice enough dude, helps me out quoting a general price for the mirror. Thanks, ask about the oil? Oh you're gonna need service. Excellent. Awesome. Beg him please don't transfer me back there Rachel has hung up on the line twice and if I have to call back a fourth time and talk to a 6th person my brain is going to crumble to dust, I'm in the middle of a move and my light came on and I'll be doing a lot of driving and I just want some simple answers please. He's sorry, but I need to talk to service. Lo and behold, I get Rachel again. Let her know I spoke to Sales and I'm outside the year window and it's gonna cost me, so how much? She gives me a price. I ask about days and times to come in. Well, express and appointments are different. I wait. Ok, can you tell me how? Is one better than the other? I'm really busy and I have a dynamic disability and I want to wait the least amount of time, Express sounds good right? Well it's first come first served. Ok, is that good? Do they get priority over people with appts? Or...do people with appts get priority over express. She doesn't know. Ok. Is there a better day and time y'all tend to be less busy that I can aim for to bring it in? She says she can't say/doesn't know. Well that's just special isn't it. She says it's simply not possible. AGAIN, very funny to me, bc everywhere else I've called to get a quote *does in fact have a day/time* that is generally better or recommended. At this point I say you know what ok cool, I need to go at this point, but before I do, I want to advise you that your system worked just fine for your co-worker who was able to successfully transfer me to Sales without hanging up on me. She didn't care. Well hers does. Umm. Ok. So your plan is just to continue to hang up on your customers, and blame it on your 'system' ? She's becomes extremely defensive, wildly terse, and borderline snotty I think is the best word for it. I never once raised my voice, I was very kind, very polite, simply told her I wanted her to know it does in fact work and she should ask her co-worker how to do it so she stops hanging up on customers. She had 0 cares. None. Negative customer service points up the wahzoo. This woman gave 0 effs. After trying to de-escalate and calm her down and get her to a point she can listen and know I'm not attacking her I'm simply trying to help, she snaps that she just wants me to speak to a manager. Fine. That's totally fine. If you are incapable of speaking calmly to a customer at this point, hand it over. I ask for their name. Alex. Ok, does Alex have a last name? Bassett. Cool. When should I expect a call? Within the hour. Great. Thanks. Never got a call. Told her I'd be leaving a review if I didn't get a call so here we are. Too bad so sad.

If you value your time, your wallet, or your sanity, stay far away from Vancouver Toyota. Lack of Expertise For a dealership, their lack of basic automotive knowledge is staggering. I went in with specific concerns, and it felt like I was explaining vehicle mechanics to people who had never seen an engine before. They are quick to suggest expensive "fixes" without actually diagnosing the root cause. It's clear they prioritize sales over actual mechanical competence. Management Issues The leadership here is where the real problems start: * Chance (Manager): I have never encountered a manager so unprofessional. Chance is an absolute bully who defaults to being rude and condescending the moment you ask a follow-up question. Instead of de-escalating issues, he uses intimidation tactics to shut customers down. * Lori (Customer Relations Manager): You'd think the person in charge of "relations" would have a shred of empathy, but Lori was even worse. She talks down to customers like they're a nuisance. During our interaction, it was painfully obvious she was more concerned about clocking out and getting off work than actually resolving my problem. Final Verdict The culture here is toxic. From the service bay to the front office, there is a complete disregard for customer care. They don't want to help you; they just want you to pay up and go away so they can go home. Save yourself the headache--go literally anywhere else.
