I went back the same week to complain why a certain light was giving me a warning signal, he suggested I get my 60,000 maintenance on my car since it is getting close, and it wasn't even TIME. That same week, I also got a recall on my car, (symptoms are the same as why I went back to complain to him after he did an oil change) and if I took it back to the dealer they will fix it for free. Honesty, is the best policy! Either that, or they're just pretending they know about why the light on my car was giving me a 'warning' signal. But trying to trust them, and paying for maintenance my car didn't need - yet - is not being truthful to the customer. How can I trust them and go back after that?
