I leased a 2022 Chevy Equinox in August, 2022. Two weeks later some asshat slammed his car door into mine (while I was in the office at work) and created a dent. Not a big dent, but it was literally a Brand New Car and some idiot decided not only to dent it, but to not leave a note or anything. The dent wasn't, like, huge or anything, but it was on the driver's door, so every time I got in the car I'd see it. After enough time passed and I had enough extra cash, I decided to get it fixed. I drive by the Dent Doctor pretty regularly, so it was a no-brainer. I emailed the Dent Doctor a couple pictures of the dent and they sent me a ballpark quote of $150 to fix it. Easy enough. They generally book a couple weeks out, so when my appoint came along I was there at 8:15 a.m. Kaden was busy working on someone else's car, so I said "Hey, I can just sit and wait". He said there was no need, that the other car could wait, and by 8:25 my car was in the building being worked in. I figured it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half, but I brought my laptop so I could work while the dent was being tended to. They've got a small waiting room in the lobby with a table and a couple chairs. I didn't need a lot of room to work and that was just fine. Imagine my surprise when, at 8:55, Kaden walked out and said "Ok, you're all set!" Holy WOW! I was not expecting it to be done in, literally, 30 minutes. I settled my $150 repair charge and I was on my way. Total time on site was less than 45 minutes and there is, 100%, no sign of the dent any more (see my Before and After photos). I know it was a 'me' thing more than it was a necessity and didn't impact the care at all, but it tasked me, so I had to do it. I'm really surprised to see a couple of bad reviews here. My experience was A++++. They promptly responded to my initial inquiry, they gave me a quote within five minutes or less of arriving at the location, and they fit me in for a repair that worked with my schedule. The work was high quality and they even offered to touch up some areas (for free!) if I agreed to get the factory-matched paint from the dealership. I'm beyond pleased (and I don't please easily!) with the work performed on my Porsche. Excellent job for a fair price. What more could you ask for? read more

Kevin, the owner refuses to file an insurance claim (or give me his insurance information) for damages to my new vehicle's matte paint finish resulting from Kaden's lack of knowledge. Matte finish paint cannot be buffed without damaging the matte factory finish! Buffing was not requested, only paint less dent repair was authorized! Do Not use Dent Doctor, they destroyed the matte finish paint on my New vehicle & refuse to release their insurance information to me to file a claim for their negligence! read more

Everything went extremely well. I had a "severe dent" on my Lexus' rear passenger door. I was told by Senn's Collision that the passenger door would have to be replaced. That would cost well over $2,000! I had Kaden take a look & he told me that he could restore the dent by about 80%. I was willing to do that. Well, Kaden, as a true professional & master at his trade, under promised & over delivered! I was in disbelief because I can't even tell that the door was ever damaged! The dent is completely gone. In this case, I was extremely pleased with the service I received when bringing two of my vehicles in to have some minor paint and dent repair done (backed one car up into the other!). Do not waste your time taking your vehicle to the dent doctor. Take the time to do your research and find another dent repair shop. They do not take the proper steps to evaluate the dent and wether it can be fixed or not. I have wasted half my day dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Had a rather large dent on the passenger door and called multiple places for estimates. Other places were more expensive or comparable to Dent Dr. However the dent dr was the only one that could do it within a couple hours or same-day service. Based on all the positive reviews we decided to go with Kevin @ dent dr to do the repairs. Not only did he do an excellent job he was also done ahead of time and extremely honest and professional. I had a few dents that were (luckily) covered through a paint and finish warranty I had on my SUV. This is basically the only paintless dent removal on the east end, so my choices were slim. I had a scheduled time to arrive, and despite this I still had to wait a few minutes for them to start their morning and prepare. There's no real waiting room, and nothing worth it in walking distance to kill time. The dents were mostly removed, but if you have an eye for detail they're still visible. These particular dents did have a paint chip, the tech was "kind enough" to try to paint the chips...with a color that didn't match. Now I had dents with a brighter color red in the middle. I wound up removing the paint and doing it myself with factory matched paint. Whatever, despite all that, if I have more dents that just irk me to the point of getting them fixed, I'm sure I'll be back. read more
