I needed some special attention due to a medical condition and they went way above and beyond. With research before they arrived and also in the actual cleaning process I expected the bill to be a lot higher but was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't! I can't say it enough about how amazing this experience was. I haven't been able to keep up with my house as much as I would've liked to in the last couple years due to my illness and after he left today I haven't felt this good in a long time! We are getting ready to sell our townhouse which was a rental property. We were in a time crunch and needed to have the whole place cleaned from ceiling to floor. The people who occupied it left the place filthy. Everything needed cleaning, the walls, the carpet, the baseboards, the bathrooms, the appliances. I mean everything. Jason was GREAT!! We talked on Saturday and setup for the following Thursday. They cleaned everything as he said he would. It was better than we even thought. We were a amazed! After using Stanley Steemer for a number of year and doing it myself, I had Robinson Custom Cleaning come in and clean my carpets recently.
