Robinson Dental changed my Entire Life,...not just my smile. Please read my story!! Prior to going to Robinson Dental, I suffered through yrs of expensive partials, weakening anchor teeth, and a smile that I didn't want to share with anyone as it was not only weak in function, it was ugly,crooked and embarrassing. I try to live life by the motto" when ever you see someone without a smile, you should give them yours"....but that was becoming harder and harder to do. I'd finally had enough when my last dentist charged me over $9,000.00 for yet another partial that took over 2 months to receive. And after all that waiting,it wasn't even cosmetically correct! At not quite 50 yrs old, the thought of having to resort to full dentures was heart breaking. I still had 16 of my own teeth. (There are 28 in a adult mouth, for those of you who are trying to count your teeth right now, haha.) Yes that means I still had over 1/2 of my own. Straightening the 16 I had however, would mean shifting everything,....and then we're back to taking more molds for new partials again etc. etc. At best the partials had consistently been a compromising solution to a never ending problem. I should want to keep as many of my own teeth as long as I can though right? Just baby them along,...keep pouring money down the drain yr after yr,.... tooth after tooth becoming the "new" anchor tooth until they all eventually fall out anyway? All the while, the only thing I'm really keeping is a heart full of frustration, a crooked smile, minimized biting capacity, a dwindling pocket book, and a reason to self-medicate! If you've ever had a Bad dental experience, you know that it can give cause to great skepticism. That being said, I entered Robinson Dental without much hope. All I knew, is that I needed some help, and it couldn't really get any worse. What I didn't expect, was that walking into that office. was the first step toward changing so many aspects of my life for the better. First, Dr. Brent took the time personally, to sit down with me at my very first visit, and go over all of my different options. My husband and I talked with him and his team about costs, time frames, functionality and for the first time in years,...I had hope. It's been just over 2 years now since I had the surgery. It is the best investment I have ever made!! Something I really want to stress in this review, is that it wasn't just the implants that changed my life (although biting into an ear of corn at the fair for the first time in yrs was pretty awesome)!! More importantly, I have my self confidence back. My motivation for LIFE was absolutely reignited through the process of getting new teeth. I was empowered to conquer other self destructive behavior all because of this process. I was excited to be me again. self confident, motivated Me, who now smiles from the inside as largely as I do with my bright new teeth. I've gained incredible friendships with Dr. Robinson, Danielle, and other staff. Yes, I said friendships. Not many people would consider their dentist to be their friend,... I do! Any time I have a question or a little thing pops up, they are there to fit me in and work with me so effectively. I have never felt like just another patient going into their office. They always treat me with respect, and show me that their first priority is in making sure I'm truly happy and never just settle. Does your dentist do that? As Good as it gets. I can not recommend Brent and his staff Highly enough. Truly A+. I am sincerely grateful to have found his office and expertise. First, Dr. Robinson and his staff have mastered the fundamental elements of delivering great Service. Their communication about billing, appointments, and procedures is top notch and very responsive. Everyone throughout the office is on the same page and works to deliver a fantastic customer experience. It really feels like a team of professionals aiming to deliver world-class results and service on your behalf. I always felt like my dental issues, appts., and questions were important. Dr. Robinson, leverages technology throughout his office to support the customer experience, whether it be text reminders for Appts, iPads for music during procedures, or 3-D digital modeling of upper and lower plates/bites. As for expertise, Dr. Robinson is the best Dentist I've been to. Ever. Brent's knowledge and passion and ability to explain dentistry is profound. His ability to explain the overview and details about the mechanics of how teeth, bites, jaws and mandibles are supposed to work was a truly education. My dental problems stem from years of mis-care as a youth and teen. I've spent my 20's, 30's, and 40's trying to repair damage to my teeth from those early mistakes. That is to say, I have worked with many dentists, some good, some not so good, over the last 25 years. With Brent Robinson and his staff I received a level a care and understanding and insight that I had not experienced with other dentists in the preceding decades. His ability to connect to my situation and history, and help me come up with a logical comprehensive long-term plan was something I hadn't experienced before. In a period of roughly 3-4 months, Brent reset my bite to it's natural home position, built up my back molars to maintain that home position, and capped 6 of my front teeth to support the correct natural home position. I am writing this review 7 weeks after the last procedure, and the difference in my daily life is profound. His work has legitimately positively impacted my quality of life, from a comfort perspective, diet perspective, and even how I interact in social situations and speaking engagements. To those who might read this review: I'd like to convey my satisfaction, and absolute trust in Dr. Robinson's expertise, work and results. 'Dr.Brent, with golden hands' Not only golden HANDS but golden HEART and SOUL, too. While some people have one of these, he has all three. Regarding his HEART: He is humble. He is loving towards his patients which in itself is healing. These are not just words. I myself felt his warm love which stayed with me even as I stepped out of the clinic's doorstep. It also is reflected by all his staff even when they just passed by me with a friendly, reassuring 'hello' in the clinic. I instantly felt at ease and welcomed by Tamra's warmth and relaxed confidence at the front desk. Danielle was so kind and patient when she briefly stepped in to help with taking pictures. Shavonne, my assistant, couldn't have been a better match for me with her genuine caring and loving patience with me. Regarding his HANDS: Also hard to express with words is something that to me, is close to a miracle. I am 91 years old and could hardly eat for years because of my teeth and within 2 visits Dr. Brent fixed all my problems. Even from a tiny knob of a residual of a tooth, he created a partially functioning tooth that helps me chew, without resorting to crown it. My previous dentist, under the premise of my needing various root canals (without my having symptoms or showing me proof) kept putting off work on that tooth and on some other teeth, letting them all degrade to nonfunctional over the years. He said he couldn't fix any of those teeth until after he did the root canals (which I could neither afford nor believed existed). All of those same teeth, Dr. Brent took care of, no root canals needed! He saved and fixed my existing teeth and it is unbelievable that I now can chew well again and without pain or discomfort. Regarding his SOUL: I wanted minimal work done, I just wanted to save and fix my existing teeth and informed Dr. Brent of that. My daughter, who is an R.N., wanted a bit more work done on me. She told Dr. Brent that she thought that putting in 2 implants would help me chew even better. Dr. Brent, after hearing both of us out and having done a thorough exam, said: " I agree with your Mom. I want what she wants. She'll be able to chew just fine if we do just what she wants." Even though Dr. Brent could've made a lot more money, he listened to what I wanted and did not allow more money to dictate his recommendation. I felt heard. I've been going to Dr. Robinson's office for years and years now, and it seems every time I go in there, there's some new and improved gadget they're using to make my mouth a better place to be. From the digital x-ray machine, to the WARM water that's sprayed in the mouth (which, by the way, made me almost hug the hygienist... this may be the new standard, I'm not sure, but I came from the age where they used to spray ice cold water during the cleaning *YIPES*)... such small, but appreciated, efforts to make me a little more comfortable.... What I also like about this office is that they don't seem to mind when I ask them a million questions, and they explain to me, in detail, exactly what's going on with these chompers of mine. They also don't seem to judge me when - through bleeding gums - I tell them I floss daily. Gone are the days of fist-pounding-foot-stomping-"I don't want to Gooooo!" tantrums. Dr. Robinson and his staff are all so nice, and so talkative and put me right at ease, because let's face it, no one ever really looks forward to going to the dentist, but when you have to, it helps to go to a place like this... read more

I've been blessed with great teeth and haven't been to a Dentist in several years. I decided it was time to get a checkup and cleaning so I decided to go to Robinson Dental where my wife and kids have been going. It was a great experience! His friendly staff took the time to ask me questions about my Dental history, took x-rays, photos, etc. I told them about a skiing accident I had back in March in which I had fallen and slid face first into a tree, split my lip open and thought I had lost teeth. Even though I didn't lose any teeth I was concerned that there may be nerve or root damage and that I may eventually have a tooth or two die over time. When Dr Brent Robinson came in for my examination, he had already thoroughly examined my x-rays and explained to me that everything looked great! He reviewed the x-ray photos with me and pointed out the areas where damage was not evident. I have been going to Robinson Dental since my first tooth came in ( so almost 40 years now!), and I'll be taking my daughter for her very first dental visit in about 4 months. The transition from father to son was handled beautifully and I knew that I was still in good hands even though my childhood favorite Dr Don was retired, but I'm excited that my daughter will now know Dr Brent as her "toof" guy. Everybody at the office is wonderful, and they always treat me like family. They are professional, efficient, and thorough in their cleanings, exams, and any other work I've ever needed. The best part is that they stay current with the times and technology, so I was able to get a custom fit mouth guard for playing ice hockey at an extremely reasonable price. Yes, Dr. Robinson and his team are excellent at dental care and customer service and compassion. They also are known for their advancement in technology that makes the Patient more comfortable and makes things more streamline. On top of that Dr. Robinson directly helped in improving the health and wellness of one of my daughters when he noticed, like no other dentist did, that she needed extra help because of an Extra small airway. He proceeded to make a plan and help me coordinate all the caregivers for a critical upper and lower jaw surgery, sleep study, and more. She is now doing great and her sleep apnea has been cured and she is maintained by Dr. Robinson and his great team. Top tier dentists office! I am a highly anxious dental patient- and I look FORWARD to my visits with Robinson dental. His team is top notch, communication is impeccable, they use top of the line equipment. Dr. is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and fun to talk to! He doesn't try to sell you on things you do not need (even if you're seeking it out-he will be very honest with you) I'm hard to numb and I've had a couple fillings with Robinson. Typically I have 3 injections per quadrant and he gets it on the first try! I actually wish I could go more frequently to have my teeth cleaned because it's such a positive experience! Post braces he did a little lasering for my gums (I didn't even know it was possible) and it completely changed my smile, I could be more thankful! read more

Just got out of my dentist appointment and I can't imagine wanting to ever change dentists. My dental hygienist is wonderful and so gentle. The whole team makes us feel like family. I love the new technology, most of all the digital imaging (x-ray) which is so much nicer and faster. Dr. Brent is a total pro - he listens and gives really practical advice, exploring all the options. We first made Robinson Dental our dental care provider when Dr. Robinson Sr. was at the helm, and the transition was easy and smooth - that's been years ago now. I highly recommend Robinson Dental! I switched over a few years ago and haven't had a single regret. Dr. Robinson is quick and efficient while still highly knowledgable and caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for 28 years. My kids have been patients there since they have been able to go to the dentist. I went to Dr. Robinson Sr. for 20+ years until he retired and his son Brent took over. Since then I have referred many family members and they are currently patients. I've been driving from Marysville all of this time and have never considered going anywhere else. The staff is always friendly. Best Dental experience ever. I have never liked going to any dentist until today. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome. I was refered to see Dr. Robinson and I am thankful I went. I have been going to Robinson Dental for many years now and wouldn't go any where else. My hygienist, Heidi, is very knowledgeable with overall health and is always concerned with keeping my teeth healthy. She gives me very helpful tips and is extremely gentle. I posted this on Facebook regarding Dr Robinson and staff: I had an interesting day yesterday. I was having a tooth issue checked out and ended up having one pulled out. I was in great fear as my first extraction several years ago was traumatic with the pliers and feeling faint and needing more Novocain. This time it was quick, easy and painless. I have been going to Robinson Dental for 2 1/2 years. I always get first rate treatment. From the front office to the assistants, hygienist, to Dr Brent its professional and caring. I am more than skittish in the chair but they work around it and don't make me feel uncomfortable. Appointments are always on time which is a real plus.
