I finally found a great dental group the Mill Creek area. I've worked with several hygienists here and they are all great. They are kind and care about you as a patient. I've had limited interactions with the dentist, just a quick check after the cleaning, but he seems nice. The facility is nice and looks clean. There are many rooms and hygienists (at least it feels that way), so there is no problem getting an appointment that fits your schedule. I tried two dental groups before The Mill Creek Dentist. With those previous groups, I experienced unprofessionalism and pain like I've never had at a dental appointment. The Mill Creek Dentist is a breath of fresh air. Wow. I sent an email inquiring about the services and the medication they administer for someone like me who has a severe gag reflex. Joyce, the front desk dinosaur shot me down quickly. Her email was short and curt and rude. It was a serious inquiry. She came across as uncaring and completely unprofessional. No thank you. When I moved to Mill Creek, it took a few tries to find a dentist who doesn't order unnecessary treatments and who is thoroughly professional and highly skilled with all the latest equipment. Dr. Walker is that dentist. He and his staff are always warm and welcoming and the office is clean, modern, and organized. Covid precautions are thoughtfully implemented and patient care is obviously at the forefront of everything they do. I can't recommend Dr. Walker and his staff enough. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Walters and staff. I trust him completely with any dental work that needs to be done. I'm not scared of anything from a root canal to having a tooth pulled. I've had it done . I use to hate being numbed up but not any more. It's as close to Painless as you can get. He has the best chair side manner. You are treated like family as soon as you walk in the door till you check out. The dental assistants are very friendly and the best. Did I mention Dr Walters had state of the art equipment . Can't begin to thank Dr.Walter enough! I had a molar that got infected, with severe pain.. being pregnant I was worried and also hesitated/nervous to call the office after hours as I didn't want to be a burden or be that patient, but I did. I called on a weekend and he called right back and I spoke to him directly. he listened, and he was able to prescribe me antibiotics right away to get started on and told me to call the office first thing Monday. They fit me in, got started on a root canal, got a follow up phone call later to check in to see how I was doing. You don't find that service and great patient care these days. My family loves this dental office. Every single dental hygienist that has EVER worked on my family has been amazing! We have been going here since my children were each 3. They are now 15 and 12. The front desk ladies are incredible! They are great with young kids and "old" parents. I had to get a tooth pulled and they were patient with me. They are also great when cleaning my daughter's teeth which have braces on them. They always give you options and let you choose how you want to move forward with additional treatment outside of a regular cleaning. Love this practice! read more

The team at Mill Creek Dentist is TOP NOTCH. The facility although located in a very safe neighborhood still installed locks to ensure no unwanted vistors could get in which is becoming more important in today's world. The facility is beautiful, clean and each room equipped with the most up to date equipment including HEPA filters in each area. Patient and employee safety and comfort are very well thought out. From receptionist to Hygienist the team is outstanding, professional and on point. I have never had a more thorough examination in addition to a very comfortable cleaning. The team takes the time to educate and does it in a way that is not condescending. This was my famlies first visit and is now our preffered Dental team. read more

I hate the dentist. For the "normal" reasons people hate the dentist, and also because my last dentist (Progressive Dental Group) was like going to a used car salesmen. I was hesitant when choosing a new dentist, but I couldn't have chosen a better practice! 1. The front desk ladies are actual genuine humans (opposed to the fake voices the receptionists use at Progressive) 2. My hygienist is kind, personable, and informative 3. Dr. Kim is professional, knowledgeable, and receptive to his patients 4. They are clearly there for my health and not for my money I ensured my husband went to the same dentist, and I will sing the praises of this practice to anyone who'll listen. read more

A couple of years ago I cracked a tooth (turned out to be a root canal and the crown had come off) at night after the office was closed. I looked up emergency dentists and when I called, I was surprised that Dr Walter called me back personally! He reassured me, got me in the next day, and was able to fix it, crown and all, in one appointment! They are wonderful and so very gracious towards their patients...I never have an apprehension when I'm heading to this dental office! ^_^ read more
