As I was stooped down looking at some plants, a smoky grey cat jumped across me knocking me back and knocking the plant out of my hand. That cat was moving like it was after something. As I looked at my hand, I saw a cut and told a worker who was walking by. He looked at me and barely acknowledged me. A few seconds later when he came by again I showed him my hand was dripping blood. I had a good one inch gash on my hand and a puncture on my finger. He never spoke to me. Just went to get me a dry paper towel and walked away. The total lack of concern was appalling and very unprofessional. NEVER again will I go there nor recommend the nursery if this is the type of people who work there. I wish I could post a picture of the cut on my hand that this cat did.

As I walk in, the ladies peeked out of the cubicle and directed us to the people do the arrangement. and was nice and walked me over to the arrangement folks. It looked like most of their business is surrounding funeral. The florist was nice and allow me to talk about what was on my mind. The 3 stars is for the positive but not thrilling arrangement. It was $70 for the floral arrangements, and I was hoping for more pizazz.

Ordered a product through Home Depot online on April 23, 2021 when delivery was estimated at 3-5 days. Only after order was placed was I was informed there would be no cancellation period. After waiting two weeks (5/6/21), I contacted HD for an update. HD sent an email to Erik Green at Jobe's requesting he provide me with the status of my order. Got no response for 24 hours. Resent the same email to Green noting that apparently Amazon can ship product faster than Jobe's can respond to a customer email. On 5/7/21, Nick Prater, Director of Nat'l Accounts, emailed that the item was out of stock and unable to be fulfilled. He offered to cancel the order and I responded within minutes to please cancel. That was the first and last response I ever received from anyone at Jobe's. No cancellation was ever processed and the order remained active on my HD account until today. I requested confirmation of cancellation from Green and Prater on 5/15, 5/26 and 8/9. No response from anyone at Jobe's for over 90 days. Is there any other company in 2021 that operates in this fashion? How long can they stay in business if they don't give a crap about the end customer or their major national account? I contacted HD today (8/12/21) and had them process the cancellation for Jobe's. I also suggested they review the business practices of their online vendors to prevent damage to their own good name and business reputation.
