It was going to take three weeks to get it to the bay to get it looked at and the sales guy didn't even start any of the paperwork needed for me to get a new lawnmower. If he would have he would know that I bought the last one straight out. Looking at their prices compared to the actual john deer store I'll rather drive to San Antonio to get a better deal and probably get better customer service.

No promised edging, cutter grass was not picked up after themselves, many missing spots. I tried to reach out to them about us being not happy with the service, but no reply. About two weeks past since service and now you can truly see missing spots.
