Prior to my satisfactory and successful visits, I skimmed several prior Yelp review profiles and saw some 1's and was skeptical. However, Weingartz reality I experienced is not at all like those posts. It's near impossible to provide the service, staff, expertise, and stock innumerable parts to service everyone with malfunctioning busted old equipment. He was so friendly and professional; for less than $20 sharpened 4 chef's knives and 8 steak knives in 10 mins!! Highly recommend!
