Selection has always been ample and rarely have I had to take a trip down to the nearest big box store to get something I couldn't find here. A lot of reviews mention Trevarrow being their go-to hardware store - and I 100% echo that.

After a few minutes, some careful analysis and a second opinion from a coworker, it was determined that they didn't have the size key needed in stock. The worker was kind enough to give me a few suggestions of where I may be able to have this done. My mission was unaccomplished, however, I received good customer service.

I typically like to support these local smaller stores but I won't get laughed at for asking if a product is in stock at Home Depot or Lowe's. These aren't even unusual products - light switch covers, shakers for bags of driveway salt, etc. It's honestly ridiculous.

I was looking for silicone sealant, had a tube with me and asked for the same thing but in a different color. After looking on the computer to discover they do not carry the same brand. He never asked what I was using it for or any other questions to help determine what I need. He just took me to the aisle of silicone and said it was all there, he had a very poor attitude and was not helpful at all. I was frustrated with the lack of service, I told him he was rude, I found another salesman explained what I needed, he took me back to the same aisle, asked questions and helped me determine what I needed. Huge difference between both experiences! If I go back and the other man is there I will walk out! He has no business in customer service! The reason we go to Ace is to get assistance. If I just wanted to know where the silicone was I would have gone to Home Depot! I've actually gotten better service from them than the first employee here. Sad to say as I've been going to this Ace since they opened. Step it up please!

I remember the smell of the place and it was a combination of fertilizer, flowers and hardware. As an adult, I go from time to time because I don't always have the patience to wander through big box stores for simple, small ticket items. I prefer this Ace Hardware for a few reasons. For starters, they are bigger than most. Not the newest or greatest, but nice none the less. They also have a small but fabulous outdoor garden center with ample flowers, pots and other accessories for your home. The staff here is friendly and helpful. If I have questions, they are quick to help me with finding an item, getting a price check or just helping me in general. This store does offer extra services as well. I think they do phone screen repairs, key cutting, along with other services as well. Plus, the parking here is great, and it's easy in, easy out. Thank you Ace for making life easy! Even through you aren't as close to me as I would like, your store is clean, organized, well stocked and the staff is super friendly.

There advice and know how helped me get the right parts that I need to complete the jobs. This Ace location has everything you could ever need for your home-improvement projects. The isles are marked well and really helps shorten your time in the store. They have a nice parking lot with plenty of parking space. The inside is white glove clean and staffed well. So when I am out and about and find that I need something, I usually check to see if there is an Ace Hardware nearby; and that's how I ended up in this one. We had just put a property under contract to buy and the owner only had one key. We needed at least one spare to put into a lock box hung on the door and drove over here to have one made. It was easy to find and as I went in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked to get a copy of the key made and was directed to where the machine was and quickly had the spare key made, paid for, and in my hand as I left the store...all in under five minutes. And the best part was the key they made for me fit and worked! As with my local Ace, they were helpful and friendly and quickly got me on my way.
