I reached out to Robinson's Pest Management via Yelp messenger on a Sunday as the company had such good reviews on Yelp for rodent mitigation. I was very detailed on my message as to what we have tried to date and that our monthly pest control service company was unsuccessful. I was not expecting a reply on a Sunday but was looking forward to him reaching out on Monday to discuss mitigation options from a true, experienced professional. To my surprise, he responded right away! However, he responded "we might have to try just placing the wood traps to catch them". As if we hadn't thought of that the oldest traditional method. I returned his message asking if that was the only elimination option he offered. I never heard from him again. Had Robinson over and first starting price was reasonable and then came back every week for a little over a month straight to recheck my house until the roach infestation was gone.
