Feedback: leave homeowners with some sort of confirmation of service.. ask the tech to check in with the homeowners upon arrival. I understand many homeowners may not be home but maybe a door hanger service date signature. Could even double as a marketing opportunity. Update replace repair payment system. We ultimately chose to part ways for this reason. I auto pay everything. The auto payment was down for six months. I wasn't able to access my online account and I had to call to pay for my bill. When I called to inquire whether this was gonna be resolved, the woman who I spoke to replied with, "I don't know". It was clear that she did not care either because I want to ask her to please take the payment and cancel our service. Her reply was, "OK". No I'm sorry. No let me get back to you with more information. Had there been a little better customer service and a solution for the payment system I'd likely still be a customer.

On 4/1/26 I heard from their technician named Daniel and scheduled a consultation with him at our home on Tuesday, 3/31/26 and he arrived on time but couldn't find a solution to our house fly issue. He promised to speak to his supervisors and stated he'd call back the next day, Wed, 4/1/26. Despite several calls and texts he's never followed up with us again. A call to his business office was met with @we can take a message." They've never called us back either. They advertise as a family business serving the Coachella Valley for over 45 years but can't seem to service a prospective customer nor do they appear to care. We then took our business elsewhere and would not recommend Frazier Pest Control.

And in both cases, neither technician followed up as promised. Bravo for Arrest A Pet! Their technician Hugo had extensive expertise and went the extra mile. He used an infra ray camera to locate the rat's nest and provided excellent advice on next steps. And he followed up as promised. Ding dong the rat is dead. Thanks to Hugo and Arrest A Pest.
