Outstanding! We had a rat problem. We went through two other companies.....Dewey and Mr. Beez. In both cases, their technicians did not seem to have any expertise regarding rat capture/extermination, except to set traps. Google was more informative. It's true, with smaller companies you really get better service. It was quite the headache dealing with a large company who simply could not solve an issue of rats in the attic. After hiring Arrest A Pest, their advisors came and detected hidden openings in the first 10 minutes of arrival. This was something a large company couldn't figure out after 5 months of trying...
