Outstanding! We had a rat problem. We went through two other companies.....Dewey and Mr. Beez. In both cases, their technicians did not seem to have any expertise regarding rat capture/extermination, except to set traps. Google was more informative. And in both cases, neither technician followed up as promised. Bravo for Arrest A Pet! Their technician Hugo had extensive expertise and went the extra mile. It's true, with smaller companies you really get better service. It was quite the headache dealing with a large company who simply could not solve an issue of rats in the attic.
