They answered questions promptly on Yelp and made it easy to schedule an inspection, which made a big difference in my decision. To date my experience with service representatives has been favorable, however recently full disclosure on service items at point of discussion was not delivered. I was surprisingly asked to pay additional costs and monthly fees in a new contract as the represent was on his way to my home. Based on conversation with owner's immediate call to raise my rating, I was considering doing so. Given his response below it is obvious there are two sides to every situation. According to the owner, their pricing is lower than others which is the justification for the price increase given - my previous contract was over one-year old. Newman Pest Control came out to eradicate my bees within 24 hrs of calling. This is unheard of!!! Armando, the service employee was efficient, professional & explained the complete procedure to me. The price was SO reasonable compared to other pest control companies. Not only that, the WARRANTY was for 90 DAYS, not 30 Days like all the other companies I called. I bought a rental property in Palm Springs two years. I blindly called Newman Termite to get a quote and have been using their services since. Reasonably priced but more than just the value I appreciate the service. Each month I get a courtesy text reminding me of service. I ask them to spray in the house every other month or so. Never have any issue. I've never met them in person till this day, but I was blown away when I got a courtesy text letting me know my private closet in the house was left wide open and not locked. I was in awe of their honesty and appreciated it so much since anyone of my future renters that month could have gone in and taken personal stuff. read more

I reached out to Newman Termite & Pest Control because I had a horrible ant problem in my yard (mostly grass). We couldn't have kids events or get togethers outside due to people getting bit within a couple minutes of stepping almost anywhere in the yard, and it would get insane if someone spilled soda or food. I also had a special case as I didn't want to kill all bugs in my yard as we have many plants and fruits so we need most of our bugs, it's just the pesky ants that bite with a vengeance we wanted removed. They let me know I can opt against using spray (kills all bugs) and go for a different solution to get rid of mostly ants. AFTER ONE VISIT, no more mean ants and inevitable bites in the grass. We could actually play out there, and we've had several events outside now. We're finally enjoying the yard as one should with kids. We've been using Newman's monthly for over a year now I believe, and they've kept ants out of the yard, and bugs out of entering our house. Whenever we've found a strange/concerning bug indoors or outdoors, I've sent them a photo to inquire and they've been so knowledgeable about it, telling me if I need them to intervene or not as well.
