Joanna followed up with me on the bill and it was exactly as Mike explained when we met to see the house.

Very easy to see, and they also do a good job arranging cars by size so no one is in the way and enforcing people who randomly decide to turn their lights on. Real movie theatre popcorn! I had no idea how much I missed this after months and months of not having any. The neutral: Donations go to the nonprofit wing of the park! The not good: Sound is terrible. It's through the radio and the first fifteen minutes of the movie wasn't even working (they did not restart it). I guess you could say it made for a retro drive in movie experience with funny sound. Even with bad sound though this would have been a five star experience - IF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Every single one of the guests wore a mask. Only two employees were - the ones working the concession stand. The other four I saw did not even have a mask around their neck. Sure; they were outside, but come on! It's the law, and you are yelling directions so projecting your voice. I had even asked before if employees would be wearing masks and they said yes - but nope. Why????

We had our 1983 college reunion in Hyatt House/ Bellevue last week. The staff -Lisa, JL and…read moreRachel-- were such a great team who took care of us and our needs. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. Our rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Parking was free which was great. Breakfast was good to start our day with. Our gala nite in their spacious ballroom had all we needed for our program. The food "Northwest Fresh" was amazing and was still talked about the morning after. I highly recommend Hyatt House for a convenient stay based on their amenities, location and especially the amazing staff. Thank you Hyatt House!

I stayed in the spring and debated about writing a review of this hotel, if you can call it that…read more First off, we had a problem with our room smelling somewhat stale and moldy, so we contacted the front desk to switch rooms. The hallways are dark and the carpet is dirty. The room itself was outdated, and uninviting and the brown couch in the sitting area needed to be scrapped because it was stained and lumpy. The bed creaked every time you moved around and was very uncomfortable like someone had laid in one spot. The pool area looked unkept and there was no visible lobby to sit and socialize. The stay included breakfast and it was subpar and the cooking area in the room didn't have an exhaust fan that worked. Also, note that this part of Bellevue is not the safest and right next to the freeway and an office park so noise is a factor as well.

Challenging.. just trying to figure out how to make a loop through.. AllTrails kept saying ' No…read moreloop for you!' You can't tell me want to do!! lol Loop was accomplished, despite sone back tracking. Cool brisk morning, for the most part, pretty easy to follow a trail. Till you get to the 90, and bikers galore happens, please tell me why, with a wide trail, some have to get so close?!? Really? Especially on a frosty surface. Anyway... back track, find a way to loop it. Lots of ducks, Stiler Jays, sparrows, and bushtits. Found way around construction to make a loop, cool area where there was a blueberry farm, and the transportation station, about 1/3 of the loop is concrete sidewalk, looking the fencing and concrete walls at the slough, and office buildings encroaching, on environmentally sensitive habitat, reminiscent of sone trails I've taken in the Bay Area, sad to see the environment taking a second priority to big bucks$$ , just saying. Some good views of the slough and downtown Bellevue, during the hike, some other walkers and joggers throughout, only dealt with bikers on the 90 corridor. Without getting on my environmental soapbox, a fun and easy hike, after a work week of clearing and marking trails. Look forward to coming earlier next fall to see salmon on the fish ladder. Lots to see and learn from. Happy hiking and yelping! God bless and cheers!

Our room was simple but there was long black hair all over the shower walls and floor as well as a layer of dust on the Fixtures. When we whent to bed all but 1 of the pillow cases were inside out. First, I left a blouse behind in the dresser. I realized this when I got home at midnight and called the front desk first thing the next day. After a 20 minute hold, I was told they couldn't find anything in the lost and found and someone would call me later in the day from housekeeping which is a separate lost and found. Hearing nothing, I emailed the manager email listed on their website with a photo of the blouse and called again. Spoke to a gentleman who told me the same thing as before, nothing in either lost and found, then said they can't go in the room because it's occupied and when the current guest checked out in a week, they could go into the room to check the dresser. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. Not a big deal, but I wore that brand new blouse once and I know exactly where I left it, so seems to be super easy to just get it and return it to me. The pillows are completely flat. I stacked 3 on top of each other to be able to have some support. The office chair was all ripped up. As a business person who needs a good chair at the desk for working, I put a towel on the chair. Call me weird, it bothered me. The bathroom and hallway tile floor hadn't been mopped well; my shoes were sticking to it the night I checked in. They mopped it the next day when i was away. The soap and shampoo has been changed to Crabtree & Evelyn which is a good brand, but wow is the smell unattractive. Somewhere between cheap men's cologne and Pine Sol. TV remote for the bedroom was missing. Luckily, the one in the living area worked for the bedroom TV. There was a stale washcloth turned grey from the previous guest tangled in the shower curtain which was ripped and missing a ring around one of the hooks. Two visits ago, the digital key wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had to drag my stuff to the front desk to get a physical one. I wasn't offered water which is given to repeat members. Parking has been increased, again. There's construction happening and the road right in front was closed on the first morning leaving for a business meeting. Would have been nice for the hotel to give a heads up for planning. I like the Hilton chain, but I think next time I'm in town, I'll stay at another property.
