This is for room 153. Welp I don't like having to update my rating to be lower, but after staying here about 6 times since my last review, I want to give some feedback that hopefully helps management. First, I left a blouse behind in the dresser. I realized this when I got home at midnight and called the front desk first thing the next day. After a 20 minute hold, I was told they couldn't find anything in the lost and found and someone would call me later in the day from housekeeping which is a separate lost and found. Hearing nothing, I emailed the manager email listed on their website with a photo of the blouse and called again. Spoke to a gentleman who told me the same thing as before, nothing in either lost and found, then said they can't go in the room because it's occupied and when the current guest checked out in a week, they could go into the room to check the dresser. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. Not a big deal, but I wore that brand new blouse once and I know exactly where I left it, so seems to be super easy to just get it and return it to me. The pillows are completely flat. I stacked 3 on top of each other to be able to have some support. The office chair was all ripped up. As a business person who needs a good chair at the desk for working, I put a towel on the chair. Call me weird, it bothered me. The bathroom and hallway tile floor hadn't been mopped well; my shoes were sticking to it the night I checked in. They mopped it the next day when i was away. The soap and shampoo has been changed to Crabtree & Evelyn which is a good brand, but wow is the smell unattractive. Somewhere between cheap men's cologne and Pine Sol. TV remote for the bedroom was missing. Luckily, the one in the living area worked for the bedroom TV. There was a stale washcloth turned grey from the previous guest tangled in the shower curtain which was ripped and missing a ring around one of the hooks. Two visits ago, the digital key wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had to drag my stuff to the front desk to get a physical one. I wasn't offered water which is given to repeat members. Parking has been increased, again. There's construction happening and the road right in front was closed on the first morning leaving for a business meeting. Would have been nice for the hotel to give a heads up for planning. I like the Hilton chain, but I think next time I'm in town, I'll stay at another property. read more

Upon check in costomer service was good. We booked here and payed a little more for the pool and shuttle to the airport come to find out BOTH were unavailable. Our room was simple but there was long black hair all over the shower walls and floor as well as a layer of dust on the Fixtures. When we whent to bed all but 1 of the pillow cases were inside out. I have worked in hotel hospitality for 20+ years so im a bit nit picky but i was not impressed with the attention to cleanlyness. read more

I am at a point in my life where I am trying to determine which hotel brand to be loyal to. Unfortunately it will definitely not be Hilton. After an incident of no running water for two full days at the entire facility the follow up customer service through both hotel management (Jenna) was lacking as well as customer care specifically Advance Purchase. If you have any concerns about your stay I am not confident it will be resolved in an empathetic manner. Jenna kept resisting to refund us our 3 nights stay and rather only the 2 nights when water was not running. Ridiculous. Even though our refund finally happened after checking out 7/26 and finally credited to my cc on 8/13 it took a lot of phone calls, emails, messages to platforms etc. and not only was my husband and I going through this but so were my two other friends. Let me preface there was no running water for two days, no manager reception, no restaurant, no working toilets, no where to wash your hands with soap and water etc. If you have other choices to stay I would say buyer beware and choose the other choice. This hotel has a friendly staff. It has a great breakfast. There's an omelette station where you can create one and the chef cooks it right in front of you. I liked the potatoes after I added salt. The platter of bacon was my favorite. As part of my low carb lifestyle it was a pleasant addition. The room was clean, the pillows were flat and the shower had great water pressure. We had such an awesome stay here back in June! The hotel staff was so friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue. There's a good variety of eateries within driving distance of the hotel, and there's a Safeway less than 5 mins way. The free breakfast is probably the best free breakfast i have every had. The variety is amazing, and there's even an omelet station. There's a variety of bread options including: white, wheat, bagels (everything seasoning, berry, and cinnamon raisin), english muffins, and muffins/donuts. The eggs taste like real eggs; not the egg beaters that hotels usually have. There was bacon...CRISPY bacon, and sausage. There was a make-your-own waffle station, variety of juices, coffee, and soft drinks. There was also a nightly "Manager's Reception" that all registered adults (and children) could attend. You could get 2 free drinks per registered adult guest, and there were tiny bites (hummus with pita bread, chips and salsa, and chex mix). There is a restaurant in the hotel called "Cascade Restaurant." We tried to order food on 3 different occasions with no luck. The closing time listed on the hotel website is 9 pm, google says 9 pm, and the posted menu has 8:30 pm. We called at 8 pm and was told that since they were slow, they decided to close early. Another day we tried to walk there and order and there was no one around. That was kind of a bummer because the kids were hungry. We called the front desk and they said "we have a shop in the lobby you can buy food from." No thanks, we wanted real dinner not frozen food or saimin. There's an indoor pool that is big enough for multiple families to swim in. The smell of chlorine was extremely strong in there and kind of gave me a headache. I was scared that the kids eyes would burn after going in there, but they didn't have any complaints. The gym is in the same area as the pool and we tried to workout in there, but the smell of chlorine was way too strong. It would be nice if they had some sort of ventilation in there. And now the rooms. They were AMAZING! Usual layout for Embassy Suite rooms. There's a living room area that has a pullout sofa, dining table, TV, wet bar with a sink, counter space, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was a good size with good counter space. There's a hand soap and hand lotion dispenser next to the sink. There's also shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap dispenser in the shower. The bedroom was really big. There was a little desk, big closet, and 2 queen beds. I love how there was a door that separate the bedroom and living room area. I was able to put kids to sleep in the bedroom then close the door and watch TV outside. There's 2 sets of washer and dryers on 2 different floors, and 2 ice machines in the same room. The price for the washer and dryer were a bit pricey. I believe it was $3 for the washer and $3 for the dryer. We would definitely be staying here again! read more

After an 18 hour drive from Nevada all we wanted to do is shower and rest, but the first room that was given to us, 519, the shower was dirty and the headboard had hair and something smeared on it. We then got moved to room 520 but to our surprise there were bed bugs. The room service was horrible. Please don't stay here. read more

Here for 3 nights and booked through Expedia which had a good rate. I had booked two rooms with King bed and wrote a note requesting one of the rooms to be accessible with safety bars in the bathroom. I called the day before our stay and Rosa said she would make a note of it but won't guarantee it and would have to see when we arrive what is available. When we arrived, Rosa was very attentive and she had us booked with two rooms next to each other and both rooms have safety bar in the bathroom so that was perfect! Rooms are suites and have a sofa bed and tv in the front room and the bedroom has a tv as well. There is also a wet bar, coffee maker, safe, refrigerator and microwave, all the conveniences of home. The bathroom has dispensers for body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are also drawers and closet for clothing. There is plenty of room for your computer in the living room on a large desk/table and a vanity in the bedroom. As far as the fitness center and pool, you have to access the fitness center through the pool which also has a hot tub. The fitness center is slightly narrow but has all the props that I enjoy using for my workout: sanitary wipes, towels, machines, medicine and stability balls, kettle balls, bosu ball and free weights. As far as the food goes, there is the Cascade Restaurant which serves dinner (but we never tried) as well as complimentary daily hot breakfast which includes eggs made to order, hot sausage or bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt, hot oatmeal with condiments, cold cereals, milk, 4 different kinds of juice, coffee, tea, waffles you can make, toast, bagels, fruit like cantaloupe, honeydew, apples, bananas. There is also a manager's reception from 5:30 to 7 pm nightly where complimentary snacks and two alcoholic drinks for each guest are available. Soda and lemonade is also complimentary. Outdoor parking is $15/day which is pretty standard for other hotels I have stayed in. There is a business center with two computers and a printer and I used the computer to print out my sister's boarding pass. The hotel is spacious, with plenty of room for large groups to get together so you never feel too crowded. There were two elevators that go to our hotel rooms on the second floor, but one of them was out of order during our stay but the one working elevator never had a huge crowd waiting to board. The only glitch during our stay were the tvs as they do not indicate what channels are showing what shows at a given time so you just have to flip the channels and see each one by one to see what's playing. Hubby did call the front desk the first night and the engineer came up to check the tvs but he said that this glitch has been going on for months and no one has corrected it or contacted the cable company. Initially hesitant with the 3 star review on Yelp but decided to book at Embassy Suites in Bellevue anyway through Expedia. No regrets here! Called to request a pack n play for our room several days beforehand which was delivered to our room within 15 minutes of checking in. The room itself was clean with a separate living area from the bedroom. The sofa is also a pull out bed. There is also a separate sink, microwave, and fridge available for use. The courtyard was modern and very spacious. Complimentary breakfast every morning available with made to order omelettes, hot buffet (3-4 items), oatmeal, fruits, muffins/bread, waffle machines (weekdays), cereal, coffee, tea, and juices. In addition, there is also a manager's reception every evening from 5:30pm-7pm with light snacks (raw veggies + dip, trail mix, etc.) and limited alcohol selection (a couple wines, beers, and mixed drinks). All staff encountered during breakfast and the manager's reception were helpful and friendly. Parking is all outdoor - we never had any issues finding parking throughout our 3 night stay. We found parking in the back of the hotel easier since the back door (must have key card to scan in) was quicker access to the elevators for our room. We just got home from another absolutely fabulous stay at the Embassy Suites Bellevue. This time I took my daughter and a few friends for the night to celebrate her 11th birthday. Abeer, at the front desk was so wonderful and did everything she could to make our stay amazing. Birthday parties typically stress me out, but this party was ZERO stress thanks to Abeer. All other staff members were also so welcoming. The room was very spacious and very comfortable! We brought a Roku which worked perfectly with the televisions. The evening reception was fun with a small variety of snacks. Chips and salsa, flat bread and hummus, veggies and ranch, and two different kinds of snack mixes. The girls loved trying all the different soft drinks. The breakfast had a nice large selection. I had a delicious omelet! The donuts were dry, but the waffles, muffins, bagels, bacon, eggs, and potatoes were great. Good variety of cereals. The pool was the perfect temperature for the girls to swim and even was warm enough for me to enjoy. The hot tub was perfect. Overall there is really not anything that would have made this a more perfect celebration for my daughter! read more

I had a reservation at Embassy Suites Bellevue from July 25-28. After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, expecting to check in and rest. Instead, we were greeted by a sign at the front desk informing guests that there was no running water, no working toilets, and no access to showers. Guests were being directed to a local gym for showers and McDonald's for bathrooms -- a completely unacceptable and unsanitary situation for a hotel of this level. After trying every nearby hotel with no luck due to availability, we had no choice but to spend the night at the Embassy Suites without water. We checked out the next morning, having spent the night in a room that lacked basic human necessities. We were told we would be issued a refund for the night -- yet a week later, there has been no follow-up, no confirmation, and no refund issued. I understand that the water main break may have been beyond their control, but what was in their control was how they communicated with guests. The water issue occurred early Friday morning, and yet there was no outreach, no warning, and no heads-up sent to incoming guests. An email, phone call, or even a note in the app would have allowed us to make other arrangements in advance. This failure in communication turned a stressful travel day into a miserable night, and the ongoing lack of accountability only adds to the frustration. Embassy Suites Bellevue needs to seriously re-evaluate how it handles crisis situations and communicates with paying guests. read more

We stayed there for a week long soccer event. 5 teams and all of their family members. On the third night an employee was showering in the public pool Area and exposed himself not once, but on 2 different days to children. Police were called but with no cameras, they could do nothing. The general managers response was to post a sign informing guests to keep their clothes on in the pool area. No other action or communication with our teams. I would not feel safe staying at this location again. Highly disappointed! read more

We had an awesome stay back in February, thanks in part to the sweet front desk lady who upgraded our room because we were on vacation. This hotel is in an a suburban area that is conveniently located across a strip plaza (Eastgate Plaza) containing Safeway, various restaurants among other businesses. This was helpful for my babies who needed refilIs on baby formula and snacks. On the other side of this hotel is a starbucks and Mcdonalds. We frequented Starbucks since the free coffee at breakfast sucked. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent though. They had 2 choices of meat,eggs, and 2 choices of starch. Additionally there is a waffle-making station, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, toast/bagels, coffee/tea, juice, and 2-3 fruit options. There is also a personalized omelet station. When we were there, there was only one woman working. I hope in the busy hours which we avoided,there are at least two workers. It was convenient That they also have paper ware for times you have to take breakfast to go. I noticed some businessmen in suites would do that. During our stay, there was some kind of youth cheer convention as well as another family convention so it got a little busy. There are two elevators for 5 floors so we had to be smart about when to use them to avoid busy wait times. Parking wasn't too difficult either. We found a spot on all of our three nights. They have a big parking lot on the perimeter of the hotel. Thankfully there are 3 different entrances, one of which is through the restaurant/bar. I love their other amenities. This made travelling with children so much easier. There is a laundry room which takes payment through an app. There is also an ice machine in here. Their exercise room is adjacent to their heated pool/jacuzzi . They don't supply towels though so bring your own pool towels. There is a mininstore containing toiletries, snacks, etc. across the front desk. Our upgraded room also included a microwave, mini fridge, and little kitchenette area. We stayed in a suite which was plenty of space for my rambunctious boys and all of our belongings. Overall, this is a great place to stay. My family will definitely come back here if we come back to Bellevue. read more

Recently came here for a marriage retreat. Let's just get into the good bad and ugly. And let me say that hotels scare me, I bring Lysol wipes, check under the mattresses for bed bugs, check the toilets to make sure they've been cleaned, bring sandals so my feet never touch the floor etc. So for the good- checkin was easy and the front staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious which even for a weekend getaway with kids was nice. For breakfast they had a good selection though with Covid and even before it's kind of scary that everybody and their mom gets to touch the same serving spoons to serve themselves. But to stay with the good the downstairs lobby area was also very well maintained and came across clean. Now for the bad and ugly we got our key to room 241. I did my walk through wiped down all the handles and switches and when I got to the bathroom I screamed on the inside. There was dried up pee on the bottom base of the toilet which ewww. And instantly I felt like this place was not cleaned properly. The fridge too had some built up brown gunk. And then Sunday when we checked out as we made sure to grab our things there were a bunch of ants in the trash can crawling all over the food container we put in the trash the night before which leads me to believe there's an ant infestation close by. The staff were nice and we told them about issues upon checkout but for me the toilet with the ants is an automatic 1 star. read more

For this location, I think it is great. The service was excellent. Room was clean and I totally enjoyed the (free) breakfast that comes with the stay. They also had a "Managers" reception from 530p to 7p or 7:30p, they have a listed alcohol drinks that they are serving (21 and older), and there were some light snacks, I enjoy the veggie tray part. There is a gym and indoor pool, for the size of this hotel, it is great. Parking is outdoor. We only stayed for 1 night, so it was great for us. read more

Hotel was overbooked. We booked over a month ago. When we arrived we had no room and we sent to another hotel, not of our choice that was 20 minutes away in rush hour traffic. I would have been happier if this had shown up in the app or if we had been given a phone call to let us know or hotel room had been sold out from under us. My favorite part of the experience was the managers reception which had free food and drinks in the atrium which was over an hour long. This hotel is quiet and very inviting. We loved our stay at Embassy Suites in Bellevue. When you enter one of the first things you see is the central atrium extending 6 stories up. It is like being on a luxury cruise ship. All the rooms are centred around the atrium. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are always so cheerful and quickly answer any questions you may have. I would like to make a special mention of the help that Kevin provided. We are Canadians and we had to have an antigen test taken before we could return to Canada. My husband was having trouble accessing and printing our test results. He forwarded to email to the front desk and Keven opened the file and printed the required documents for us. We are so thankful for your assistance and cheerful demeanor while helping us with this Kevin. It is so appreciated. The room itself is beautiful. We had a lovely suite with a large desk in the living area so my husband was able to set up his computer and work very comfortably with the papers in front of him. There was also a small desk in the bedroom. The room had 2 TV's and a door to close off the living area from the bedroom. We had plenty of clean towels and linens and the room was spotlessly clean. Considering the proximity to major freeways the room was very quiet and we slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. There is a managers reception in the evening and guests are allowed 2 drinks per person and light snacks are served. Breakfast is buffet style with both hot and cold dishes. There is plenty of very comfortable seating for the reception and breakfast. Embassy Suites is very conveniently located for freeway access and also it is very close to the tunnel that will take you into Seattle. We had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely stay at Embassy Suites again. read more

Absolutely disgusting me and my friends came to Seattle from Los Angeles for business we check into our room aug 17th my brother walks into the bathroom and slips in a puddle of urine so immediately we call down and ask for someone to be sent up to see "Marko" comes into the room and looks at the puddle of urine in shock so he tells us that there is no manager in today and he changes our room the next day we ask to speak to a manger and they tell us that she is sick so the day that we check out of the hotel we ask to speak to a manager again they again told us that she is in a meeting and will get back to us later so "Jenna" calls us she is the GM of the hotel and we explain what happened and she basically called us liars and hung up on our faces she is a horrible person and she shouldn't be the manager of anything my brother had urine all over his clothes and body. Hotel is clean, largely unchanged from last visit. What has changed is now they've started charging for parking, which adds a deceptive surprise fee across the board, so those room rates are now more expensive than advertised. It is NEVER appropriate to charge for parking. EVER. If you must re-capture your costs (which is ridiculous on open pavement anyway) you should simply charge more for the room, so that your paying clients can see up front what their stay will actually cost them, and not be surprised by $24 in additional charges for a 2-night stay. That s the cost of an entire meal. We automatically dock 1* at any hotel that charges for parking, so this is now a 3* hotel, down from 4, as that additional $12 a night brings this hotel more in line with neighboring Seattle's prices, so we'll probably just stay in Seattle when we're here from now on. read more

We have loved everything about our stay here! We had to vacate our house for a week in order for our hardwood floors to be refinished and this was the only hotel within a decent driving distance that had 2 queen suites. My husband gets up VERY early for work so we wanted a place that would allow him to get ready and eat breakfast in the morning without waking us all up. This place was perfect for that. The buffet breakfast was great every morning. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Took care of any of our needs right away. They kept it very clean and sanitized in our room and all the common areas. The only thing I would I ever upon is there are NO CLOCKS in the suite besides the alarm clock in the bedroom. Would love to have a wall clock in the living area so I didn't have to search foe my phone whenever I wanted to see the time. read more

Everything went well until I just received my check out bill. Let me preface by saying I've stayed at this location multiple times in the last 8-9 years. I check in and I've paid for my room in advance prior on Hotels.com, the total was reconfirmed at check in at the front desk, same total. They ask will I be parking there and I said yes, as I always do. TELL ME WHY THEY CHARGED ME $12 FOR PARKING IN THEIR RAGGEDY ASS PARKING LOT! No it's not a garage, no it's not covered parking. Why would no one tell me that it'd be an additional amount to park there when you just gave me a totally different total that I BUDGETED FOR!? If I would have known I'd pay $200 for one night I'd have went somewhere nicer. If they would have been transparent and upfront when I checked in it may have been a different story but this left a NASTY taste in my mouth like a MLM scam. read more

I am soooo disappointed with this hotel. We are on a long trip staying in numerous hotels and I think this one has been the worst. Let's start with the price. For this amount of money I expect it to be pretty special. Nope! First they price gouge you by making you pay $15 a day to park in their parking lot! What?! Like I am not paying enough for the room? The tv kept going in and out of service. That was fun . Most hotels have coffee available all day. Not this one! I am a Hilton rewards member and usually at least get a water. Not here! Location not great if you want to go in to Seattle. We had to get an Uber because the hotel clerk told us parking downtown is brutal. I'm gonna give some stars for the manager's reception each night. You get 2 drinks each and some light snacks. Also the breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Actually all of the staff was very nice. I probably would choose a hotel closer to downtown if Seattle is the reason you are here. Uber was well over $100 round trip for an Uber that accommodated 5 people. read more

Beautiful property with nice public spaces. The breakfast staff were very nice and professional. There ends the positives. The front desk staff were rude and inconvenienced by my very presence. Restaurant, if you call it that, closed at 8:30 on a Saturday, and suggested the sodas and snacks available at the gift closet would suffice, grossly misread their audience. The hotel reservation system is not good. I recently was billed for two reservations for a one night stay. I tried to resolve this issue civilly. I contacted the hotel management and they would not correct the error. I was charged for the two reservations. Sad! I will never stay at this hotel in Bellevue and I would recommend you look for other alternatives in the Bellevue or Seattle area. read more

Was disappointed with several issues during our stay. 1) Breakfast- very limited breakfast (no granola, limited yogurt, no honey, no jam), and if items ran out the employees would say sorry, but the items were never restocked the week we were there. They only had sugar free jam and never restocked regular jam. Juice machine would run out frequently or be watered down. Coffee was awful. Breakfast would shut down even before the closing time and they would shut the doors on guests who came just a few minutes late. Also we ate sour cream and then looked at the label and realized it had expired 3 months ago. We told the hotel front desk who were very apologetic and said they would make sure it was removed right away. Then the next day we checked the breakfast buffet and the expired sour cream was STILL there! 2) no housekeeping. I understand with Covid wanting to minimize interactions- maybe every other day but they said they had stopped all housekeeping for safety. (Also Covid rates were very low when we went and none of the staff were wearing masks so this didn't really make sense either). Only upon pushing she pulled out a notebook and we were able to get an appointment for our 4th day. We could put trash or soiled laundry outside and it would be removed. However I wish they'd at least give everyone toilet tissue on daily basis without having to ask for these. Aside from the above we enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was polite and there was a restaurant built in to the hotel so we could eat in. The indoor atrium concept was interesting too. If they could just fix a few of the issues above would've like to give them more stars. read more

You can't provide half the service & charge full price. It doesn't cost anything to communicate with guests & have rooms ready in a timely manor. The online check in is useless for families because then my husband is the only one with a room key. After finally getting keys and getting settled we went to the managers reception with the tickets we were just given & it was closed...we were told we could still buy drinks from the bar. We went back to the room to get the kids (teens) settled for bed to find no pillows for them & not enough towels (the correct number was on the reservation). After finally getting that figured out we went to the bar. The bar tender finally acknowledged us & then rudely shoved his phone in my face stating that it was 9:02pm & they close at 9pm. We've stayed here many times & this was (another) change not communicated with us. The next day we tried the managers reception again. The choices were so limited it wasn't worth it. A rum & coke or vodka cranberry was out of the question with their limited menu. Later, my husband took me to the restaurant for my birthday. We'd eaten here many times & enjoyed it. We were given a very limited menu & more limited drink choices. We settled on a piece of cake. The bar tender flung the bill at my husband. We were served a piece of pie that looked like it came from the freezer section at Walmart with raspberry sauce added on top. Then to make matters worse it was stale. It was refunded by the front desk after seeing what we were served. The room was clean & we were eventually given the right amount of lines. Our only complaint with the room is that the TV kept freezing & we had to turn it off & back on several times. read more

Do not stay here. They don't resolve issues or take issues they have created serious. When checking in was supposed to be using a combo of points and money. Instead they charged my credit card for the full daily amount. The only reason i found out was i got a message from credit card company that it had pushed me over the limit. When i reported it to the desk they said finance would take cate of it. Well it didnt get done till the next day when i pushed again. Now it's a whole day of missed vaca due to not having access to that card. When asking to speak to manager was told shr was in meetings and they were sorry she never called obviously some call is more important than her hotel taking my money read more

So the lobby is cool with a classic old school feel that should not be changed. The rooms was typical. The hallways could use some love. But here is the thing the rates I pay to stay here and it's not like we are downtown Seattle I should not have to pay 20 bucks a night to park that's just greedy read more
