I stayed at Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue for a recent business trip. As a woman traveling alone, safety is a top consideration when selecting accommodations. I appreciated that the door to the room had a peephole cover, a dead bolt, and a security latch. The hotel was very clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. WiFi worked great (no issues with zoom calls), AC worked very well, shower had nice pressure and hot water came out quickly. The room had not only blackout curtains but also semi-transparent shades to let the light in while providing some privacy. The check out digitally made it easy to plan the check out in advance. The free breakfast offered a variety of food, including eggs, bacon, hashed potatoes, biscuits and gravy, assorted baked goods like toast, bagels, danish, etc. The best part was the fresh fruits, which were actually very fresh. The location was very convenient to go to both Seattle and Bellevue. About 15 min or less to either locations. I highly recommend this hotel location. You get more than what you pay for at other hotels. read more

I stayed in the spring and debated about writing a review of this hotel, if you can call it that. First off, we had a problem with our room smelling somewhat stale and moldy, so we contacted the front desk to switch rooms. The hallways are dark and the carpet is dirty. The room itself was outdated, and uninviting and the brown couch in the sitting area needed to be scrapped because it was stained and lumpy. The bed creaked every time you moved around and was very uncomfortable like someone had laid in one spot. The pool area looked unkept and there was no visible lobby to sit and socialize. The stay included breakfast and it was subpar and the cooking area in the room didn't have an exhaust fan that worked. Also, note that this part of Bellevue is not the safest and right next to the freeway and an office park so noise is a factor as well. read more

Great stay- clean room, Hana and a younger gal at front desk super helpful! Five star is for Wei at morning breakfast - SPECTACULAR! Incredibly hardworking and courteous! Asked for hot water and he hurried over to the back and came out with two large hot water and coffee in a wheel car and offered it to us before replacing the empty ones on the table. On all the 3 mornings, we visited the breakfast, Wei was on the floor, cleaning tables, refilling, assisting with guests- all with a friendly demeanor. We had our 1983 college reunion in Hyatt House/ Bellevue last week. The staff -Lisa, JL and Rachel-- were such a great team who took care of us and our needs. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. Our rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Parking was free which was great. Breakfast was good to start our day with. Our gala nite in their spacious ballroom had all we needed for our program. The food "Northwest Fresh" was amazing and was still talked about the morning after. We always have a great stay at this location. Rooms are a great size, especially the One Bedroom King, as it has a full kitchen and separate living/dining room. Perfect for me who likes to sleep in and my partner who gets up really early to work. Staff were great and quick to respond to needs. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of buffet options. There is also a small bar with friendly bartenders and quite a large selection of spirits. We will continue to choose this location for our hotel needs when in Bellevue. read more

AMAZING stay! We are used to staying at Hyatt properties over the years and have gotten use to Hyatt Houses having kitchens, and the breakfast have omelet bars. This one did not have either of those which was surprising but the property was one of the best we have found. They allowed us to add another room at check in with very late notice, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bar area was perfect for watching the hockey game with happy hour deals! The room itself was comfortable and almost felt like home! We really liked the parking which is either up front, on the 2nd level on the back (which is where our room was), or in the parking garage area. This entire stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Nothing about this hotel met even basic standards of professionalism or care. My room keys kept failing, there was no hot water the entire time, the hallway smelled terrible, and housekeeping walked into my room twice without knocking, once while we were asleep. The bed had stains, the bathtub was dirty, and it was almost impossible to get towels delivered. Management ignored every complaint and offered no real solutions, no follow-up, and no apology. The restaurant experience was the final straw. I paid for my food and got a receipt showing my card went through, only for the woman working there, Christina, wearing a tag that said "Macie," to chase us down at the pool claiming my Capital One debit card was not accepted, even though I had already used it to check in. She argued with us until my friend paid again just to avoid a scene. It was humiliating and felt racially motivated. I have never been so disappointed and frustrated after spending hundreds of dollars expecting a relaxing weekend. This hotel completely ruined my trip. I will never stay here again and I strongly advise others not to either. read more

We had a great stay in November 2025 at Hyatt House Seattle/Bellevue. Staff was very kind and attentive. There was an issue with our toilet and it was fixed within hours while we were away. Hotel looks newer with pretty nice amenities but my room smelled of Cigarettes, It is in the middle of nowhere, you are in your own for lunch and dinner. Closest restaurant is 20 minutes walking distance.the staff is really nice and caring. I would give it another try and probably rent a car to get around everywhere. read more

We had a stay-cation for my daughters bday here ! The staff was just amazing , my wife got a personal call come to find out they did a little gift basket for her ! The hotel it's self was supper clean, pool area was nice a clean as well ! But here is my favorite part ! Okay so the breakfast was amazing ! Not your run of the mill breakfast ! They had real rice in a rice cooker , the eggs , the potato's ! It was all amazing , Apparently they have a rotating menu as well ! This place is amazing it's worth the stay ! Nice place to camp for a night, or preferably more. Good breakfast, which includes white rice and miso soup with tofu cubes. A very refreshing offering, and thank you to the chefs. Really quite a few dishes with a nod to various cultures... Did we mention that kimchi was in the condiment bins? Also, sausage, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, the list goes on and on. The coffee was good and plentiful as were the teas. There were a variety of juices. My husband & I spent 2 nights here with our little toddler. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our little family. We put the pack 'n play up in the livingroom & still had plenty of space for eating & sitting. The little kitchenette was perfect for us! The warm breakfast each morning was very good for hotel food. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable stay. My only suggestions for changes were some softer mattresses (ours was super firm, & my back complained after 2 nights on it), more items past 2 for families sharing the rooms (for example, we only had 2 chairs at the table & 2 bath towels), some trays to help with carrying breakfast foods, & some hand lotion along with the toiletries provided. All would be nice touches to make a great stay even better! read more

Decided last minute memorial weekend to do a staycation at this hotel and I have no regrets! I booked for same day and it was super affordable! The room was on the small side, but we didn't mind since we were going out for a night on the town and were just coming back to sleep. The location was excellent! Close to factoria instead of by Bellevue square. It is close to Bellevue square, close to Seattle, yet not in the middle of it all where you feel overwhelmed. The room was modern, clean, and has been updated within probably the last 5 years. Even though we were facing the freeway, I didn't hear anything because the windows were sealed well. They had a free complimentary breakfast that was extensive, definitely the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! I travel occasionally for work and usually stay at a courtyard Marriott. The Hyatt house is superior in terms of cleanliness and room updates. The Marriott rooms are bigger but i would gladly give that up for the free breakfast and room updates Hyatt house offers. I would absolutely stay here again if I need a hotel in the Seattle/Bellevue area! read more

Good place to stay warm during the holiday season or simply have a good night stay. Love their little private sitting room towards the back of the lobby. They even have a huge TV so you can catch up on the game. Their rooms are nice and comfy. Their complimentary breakfast comes with free homemade omlete of your choice. We have been coming here for 5 years. We live in Tacoma but it's a perfect local getaway with kids. The kids can't tell were only 45 minutes from home. So, far I haven't found a better place for the price. We usually come in winter and it's only around $100 for a one bedroom suite with full kitchen. There is the indoor pool, 24hr coffee and tea, gym, and hot breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and Hyatt has thought of everything. It stays busy but they make sure you are taken care of. All employees acknowledge you and they seem genuinely happy to work here. Hyatt must take good care of them and have great customer service training. I'm writing a review for this place for the first time because they deserve it. This time we came to get a night out of the house while our house is on the market for sale. It was relaxing. I finally realized they have happy hour and a Firepit. Unwinding with a glass of wine by the fire was exactly what I needed this weekend. Matt at the front desk is professional, upbeat and knowledgeable. Mylissa at the bar is sweet and accommodating. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Ernesto is friendly. My parents, grandma, and I were planning a 1-night trip to Seattle/Bellevue and booked this place as a 'Hot Deal' off Hotwire. Based on the ratings and reviews, I knew it would be a decent hotel but the Hyatt House blew our expectations! Location is great. Right off I-90, not too close to downtown Bellevue, and right next to public transit (if needed). Greeted upon check in by friendly staff and the entire hotel is very clean, updated, and gives off a warm, welcoming vibe. The Hyatt House is designed to accommodate longer stays, which is why it has a mini kitchen with stove and full-size refrigerator. While we didn't utilize these amenities, it's definitely nice to have (we considered making some late night ramen hehe). There is a pool and recreation area, as well as a business center, all amenities that I checked out but didn't actually utilize. There's also a cute little bar that seats maybe 4 people but I can appreciate a beer on tap after a long day! What really impressed my family and me was the breakfast! We were thinking it'll be a simple continental breakfast with fruit, bagels/toast, and cereal. But nope, they have a wide selection of pastries, egg, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, waffles, and a made-to-order omelet bar! They even have rice, kimchi, and seaweed miso soup...guys, this was the best 'free' breakfast I've had from any hotel and this alone made our stay worth it! Crashed here after Sasquatch Festival (2hr drive from The Gorge Ampitheatre) definitely felt a home away from home vibe in our one bedroom little modern studio abode. We stayed in the Studio King and for such a small area it was very spacious and well designed. Didn't feel very small with all the amenities. The full buffet breakfast is worth it so make sure you check the availability and set your alarm. Do: check out the Borrows program for anything you feel you might need! Uber convenient!! Fully equipped kitchen or should I say kitchenette. Flexible HD flat screen that was convenient when having bfast in the kitchen or movie night in bed. Wifi worked well. Stayed for a few nights so the kitchenette was convenient. This location did not have a guest 24hr market, or room service, and if they did we were Misinformed by the guest services attendant. another complaint we requested clean sheets and our room was not clean when we returned at the end of the day. read more

3.5 star This Hyatt House is a decent business hotel, but the Silver Cloud is actually nicer! The Hyatt House has excellent service and free breakfast and I'd probably stay again, if traveling alone. If traveling with 2, there's only 1 sink, (unless you are gross and use the kitchen), a small desk and a really small, fairly uncomfortable king sized bed. $110 rate included breakfast, internet and parking which is a great buy. The location is convenient to Eastside business This hotel is newer and has a restaurant/bar/indoor pool. It's really clean and in much better shape than the Embassy Suites, Larkspur, etc...but, the Silver Cloud actually had nicer rooms. Maxwell House Coffee? Really? For $19 more per night, I could have chosen the Bellevue Hyatt, located in downtown Bellevue. Having stayed in both recently, Bellevue wins! This is not a bad alternative when the Bellevue Hyatt is full. read more

Although not close to downtown Seattle, there is a major transit center across a quiet road where there are express public buses that take you downtown in about 30 minutes. During rush hour, taking the express bus on the bus lane is faster than driving/Ubering to Seattle. I found this to be a major advantage when staying here and would recommend this hotel as a more budget-friendly alternative to staying in a similar quality hotel close to downtown. Anyways, the hotel seemed very fresh and clean. The standard rooms have microwave and fridge. Bathrooms are larger than usual. Only concern was the somewhat thin walls and one can hear neighbors talking through the walls. But otherwise a pleasant and smooth stay. Front desk was efficient and friendly. The Hyatt House in Bellevue is a great location that is just a 15-20 minute drive to Seattle. It is located right by the I-90 Express Lane (which does not have a toll) and it is a beautiful drive across Lake Washington. Down the road, there's a shopping center with a variety of eateries, grocery stores, and most importantly, STARBUCKS. The hotel itself was always kept clean. As you enter, you see the front desk to the right and to the right of that you will see their little convenience store which offers snacks such as chips, microwaveable ramen, cold foods such as sandwiches and salads, bottled drinks, toiletries and medicine if you are ever feeling under the weather. On the lobby level, there is a section for complimentary hot beverages (hot water, coffee, decaf, a variety of tazo brand tea bags and packaged cocoa) available 24/7! Great for those cold nights! There's a business center with computers that allows you to access the Internet and print without a charge. You can also access the Internet from anywhere in the hotel through their FREE Wi-fi connection (all you have to do is sign-in using the username and password that they provide to you during check-in). The swimming pool, jacuzzi, 24-hr gym, laundry room and cafe (also know as HBar) are all located on the lobby floor, making it easily accessible. This hotel also provides free breakfast with a variety of cereals (served with 2% or whole milk), fruits, one breakfast meat, scrambled eggs with cheese, rice & fried potatoes, pastries, and an omelette station. They also provide water, OJ, apple juice and tomato juice for beverages. You could eat inside or outside by the campfire. Parking is free also, you can park anywhere either outside or in the parking structure. There's a second level outdoor parking that has access to the 2nd floor of the hotel, which worked out perfectly for us because we were on the second floor. Don't forget your hotel key! Because at night you can only access the 2nd floor with your hotel key. Our hotel room was smaller than expected, but it was just right for the two of us. My only complaint was the toilet. Every time we flushed it took so long to reset that it would make some noise for a while, which kind of made us worry if it was broken or not. The room came with a single couch, which wasn't necessary because it just took up some space. To sum it up: Location was great (near the I-90 Express Lane, shopping center, & Starbucks) and it was quiet, hotel was clean, free breakfast, parking, & wifi, 24/7 gym and hot beverages. Small section for convenience store if you ever need something quick. Paid $99/night. Totally worth it!! Will definitely stayed in this hotel again! read more

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 4 months and until this last time the rooms were nice, updated, clean and large, and the staff were helpful and friendly. So my rating for our first 3 stays would be 4. But this last time the rating would be 1. The room was small, worn and like a motel 6. Worse, the duvet had make-up on it (not from us). And the staff were not helpful (and didn't give us any bottled water, which they did the first 3 visits). So either we need to get the good rooms like we did the first 3 visits or find another hotel. read more
