This review from my experience Thursday night 8th April 2021. The front desk clerks worked well together, i checked in 6pm very thorough to details professional information given. This Hyatt Seattle, earned my business filor priority future room reservations. Five stars, best if the best. Keep up the great work. My room was upgrade because i had a Hyatt membership. Beautiful view space needle, literally in my window. The room was well equipped kitchen, table, comfortable sofa, relaxing bed, awesome angled designed bathroom. Also roof top lounge available

Nice place to camp for a night, or preferably more. Good breakfast, which includes white rice and miso soup with tofu cubes. A very refreshing offering, and thank you to the chefs. Really quite a few dishes with a nod to various cultures... Did we mention that kimchi was in the condiment bins? Also, sausage, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, the list goes on and on. The coffee was good and plentiful as were the teas. There were a variety of juices. We would say the only drawback were the country potatoes which appeared to be dry, previously frozen potato cubes baked or sauteed but wholly unappealing.

Good place to stay warm during the holiday season or simply have a good night stay. Love their little private sitting room towards the back of the lobby. They even have a huge TV so you can catch up on the game. Their rooms are nice and comfy. Their complimentary breakfast comes with free homemade omlete of your choice. I recommend their mushroom and spinach. Delicious! There is also a bar and open daily till 10pm. Service was very nice too and plenty of parking. Cheers!

We got a nice corner king room and one nice thing about the stay - very quiet. Solid construction. It's nice to have a room where you don't hear guests stomping around upstairs. Loved that it is a pet friendly property too. Our little pooch is quiet and well behaved and made a lot of friends during our stay. Nice having 13 Coins downstairs as it's always a solid choice. Very handy to just pop out of the elevator and head to a nice restaurant. If you feel like dim sum - just head over the skybridge to Din Tai Fung. Love that option too. Definitely recommended. Only slight disappointment was no spa/hot tub on the workout floor. Good stuff.

I absolutely love the area itself, this spot has the best areas around such as the iconic Bellevue Square Mall, Lakes, and incredible high end restaurants that are worth to try. Parking was available (validation) for 3 hours for visitors which was amazing - most hotels will charge you. This place was extremely spacious, service was kind at the front. They had lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The ambiance is bright, cozy, and looks like a fantastic place to stay.

The Hyatt was booked and the rest of my colleagues chose to stay here. Not sure if they jacked up the prices because of some local event, but this hotel was definitely not worth the $400+ per night rate that was on the final bill. The lobby and amenities are underwhelming. The room itself was very minimalistic. The HVAC unit was very loud, it would wake me up when it kicked on. There was no chair for the desk area. The power charging cords provided were not working. The reservoir on the toilet would not fill properly, had to manually add water. The seal on the shower was not good which lead to water leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Check in and check out through the app and the digital key were really the only positives about the stay. I would definitely not stay here if I was on a personal trip.

I've generally had good experiences with Hilton properties, but the bar service during my recent…read morestay was extremely disappointing. The bar area was messy, and the bartender was openly rude and dismissive. When I asked if food was available, I was told the chef was "really frustrated," but that I could order if I wanted to -- which already felt uncomfortable. I tried to keep things simple and asked if fries would be easy. He said yes. When I later followed up, he claimed my friend had said no to the fries (which she did not), and then referred to her as a "Debbie Downer," despite her being calm and polite the entire time. The comment was unprofessional and unnecessary. It also became clear this wasn't an isolated issue. Nearby patrons were visibly frustrated and commented on the bartender's attitude. One guest mentioned she had been waiting over an hour and a half for her burger. This experience really took away from what should have been a relaxing stay and fell far below the standard I expect from a Hilton. I hope management addresses the service issues at the bar, as this could easily be avoided with better training and oversight.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a room with a king sized bed and a sofa. The room has plenty of closet space, a microwave, mini fridge, and a safe. You also get 2 bottles of water, which they replace for you daily. Bathroom is nice and felt luxurious with the glass shower and the large sink and countertop space. The shower did leak a tiny bit but nothing to bother me during my stay. Didn't realize the floor length mirror was behind the sliding farmhouse bathroom door until near the end of my stay. They did lack some room amenities that I would've liked to see at 4+ star hotels, such as room slippers and makeup wipes. Wi-fi costs money unless you register and create an account with Marriott... this is the first time I've seen a hotel charge for wi-fi... They have a nice gym located on one of the lower floors, which was clean and well maintained. It had a lot of good equipment and was not busy. They had towels, plenty of wipes, and even disposable earbuds. There is no pool or spa here. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here. I came for a business trip, so I did not really spend much time at the hotel apart from sleeping and going to the gym, but I was pleased with the cleanliness and the service.

With two people on my reservation, I was given two vouchers for a drink or appetizer at the Solarium bar, which were very easily used with great options (separate review). We also got $30 daily food & beverage credit ($15/person) which I also easily redeemed (and tips count! Also separate review, but shout-out to Hieu for being a one man army in there sometimes). My room was very spacious and had a great large working desk. The gym was adequate and well stocked with towels and cold water. It's a little dated in some ways like the benches but there is a Peloton! The night staff are also incredibly helpful, both getting me a leftover box from the closed kitchen and helping me to reset some room keys that got deactivated accidentally. I actually never ate breakfast here, so can't review. Had dinner almost every night and they even did to-go easily (otherwise reviewing the Solarium Bar separately). A small hidden perk is that the giant parking lot is often used for Uber drivers starting the day. Every day, my Uber arrived in less than two minutes from when I called it. Also located very well on the Redmond light rail. Can't wait for it to open all the way to downtown but I rode it up to Bellevue easily. I would say the only hiccup here was that room service has both a $4 fee and 21% mandatory gratuity. It makes a $20 salad into $31+! But that is my fault for calling in and not reading the menu fine print.
