You order your food and pay up front and then they bring the food to you. There was one server that was extremely short with us, the other one was really sweet. There is a lot of seating available inside. The walls are lined with animal heads, so gives it a rustic hunting feel. I was most excited to try Vermont's signature: a maple creamee. Keep in mind they give you huge servings of this delicious soft serve. My partner and I shared a medium and could barely finish it. It tasted like delicious buttery maple syrup pancakes.
