Cathy at the front desk is always very cheerful as well. She recognizes me whenever I call, and personalizes it with asking how my Dad and Sister are doing. I got into a bad car accident during this years first snow storm. Cathy was very friendly in dealing with the insurance company. They fixed my brakes without charging me, since they knew many of the other repairs were going to cost nearly $1500.00. I start the car no check engine lights. Dude plugs a scanner into the car and all the sudden its throwing a code and has a check engine light. I had him clear the code and I restarted the car. No check engine light. Took it to the mechanic to have them hook it to a scanner and to the auto zone and neither on found a code!!!

Went to this dealership to pick out a vehicle that was reliable and safe for my family. I test…read moredrive my vehicle and it drove amazing and everything seemed great.... till it wasn't not even 24 hrs after getting the car the back middle seatbelt had plastic on it so we took it off and they were trying to cover a almost completely cut seatbelt. Then next the check engine light came on, mass air flow sensor. Reached out to them to see if they would fix it. Mind you the way these men spoke to me as a female was absolutely horrible. I was extremely uncomfortable. Then left me without a vehicle stranded in boise for almost 6 hours with 2 children while they "fixed" the seat belt and checked the check engine light. Then when I went to pick it up nobody even spoke to me or told me what they did or were going to do about the other issue. They didnt even put my back seats back together and I had to try and figure that out while wrestling 2 kids. They never reached back out. Now only 2 months after getting the vehicle and having it ran through by mechanics there seems to be way more that was wrong with it that is going to cost me thousands more dollars to fix. I dont understand why people wont just do the right thing and take care of the situation. Clearly these little boys do not know how to do business or treat a woman.
