    Oil Leaks visible after the massive coolant fluid leak dried

    Unfortunately, I can't recommend this business. We bought a BMW from Drive Happy about 5 months ago. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problem after problem and a multitude of leaks amounting to thousands (over $5,000) in repairs. I am having to refill coolant every two weeks, the leak is that bad. The pictures below are from a two day period. This has been going on ever since we bought the car and happens every time I refill the coolant...and when that dries, we can see the massive oil leaks on the ground also. We were also sold an expensive extended warranty, their "top of the line" warranty that was supposed to cover most everything... it covers NONE of the repairs. It was a complete waste of money for us but a good profit maker for Drive Happy. Drive Happy offered to make repairs to the vehicle, but it will still cost us thousands even at the "discounted" rate. I'm very apprehensive about having their mechanics make repairs. They had to call a BMW dealer to find out what parts they needed to make repairs. And... haven't even looked at my vehicle. This doesn't instill confidence that they know what they are doing... I'm concerned the job may not be done correctly. I feel the issues with the car were most likely there when it was sold to us. I'm very disappointed that Drive Happy isn't making this right. You claim I'm hysterical. A flatly sexist comment. I have been angry and demanding, but in no way hysterical. I have maintained professional demeanor throughout this disappointing process. You also claim that these issues didn't exist when I purchased the vehicle. I beg to differ. ...clearly this car has had issues from the beginning. I don't even know if the vacuum pump, which you claimed needed to be replaced, was the issue, it may have been these coolant, oil and A/C issues all along. Again, see pictures below. I have had this car into two other certified BMW mechanics to try to figure out what's going on with it. One of the certified BMW mechanics has offered to fix these issues for about the same price as you have. So, you're actually not offering to fix these issues for half. They both told me the same thing on the issues. These issues have been persistent and ongoing since we bought it. It's unfortunate you chose to apply a sexist label a female customer who wants things to be put right. I have no idea what a warranty costs you, but it is typically a money maker for most used car dealers. I absolutely brought my car over when I came and spoke with your head of sales and service Dave. An outright lie. No one ever even asked to see it. I can only hope that they do not treat others, especially women, in the community this way.

This guys was the most ignorant individual I have ever seen. My wife had the truck running outside and showed him that the repair wasn't done and when I came in he told me he never went outside to look at it. Second time! David, you need to learn how to honor your work but don't worry Nick is the same way which proves that Peterson does not honor their repairs. Long story short. Took my truck to them and it took months of battling them. From a basic repair they added so many things to the bill that insurance finally told them NO,. David was told from day one not to do anything that insurance wouldn't cover and guess what he did? He added and kept adding eventually they had to release my truck. We never paid them anything extra and we told insurance that we told him multiple times that we will only pay what the insurance was paying for and not a penny more. They broke a part that it took weeks to replace and my truck set in their parking lot. David never cared to apologize but said they damaged it working on it. Every shop provides warranty on their work and this guy David was talked to multiple times about the issue before and just recently when we try calling him again! He said why didn't you bring it in right a way but we did call him. This guy takes days and weeks to respond. I am letting it go but I will never ever, ever let you work on anything of mine.
