The service technician was arrogant and totally unwilling to help, he explained we would need to make an appointment to check the BATTERY? They had already done this months earlier, the web pages are full of the issue with this problem, we have now had to carry a dead battery 3 times in the last month, I now must carry a BATTERY booster in the car to assure we are not caught in the mountains of Idaho with a dead battery from RADIO drain. I will NEVER do business with this dealership AGAIN and will contact CORPORATE to report my disgust. Many car brands on the market and it is time to shop.

For believing in another small business such as we are. We purchased a car 3 days ago. There was a "noise" but we've never had low profile tires. Chris reassured us the vehicles are gone over by their mechanic and are good to go. The noise was just not right. Today we checked the tires. There are cords showing, rubber flapping and wires sticking out on the inside of the sidewalls, stopped by today to talk to them about it. They apologized, and said it won't happen again. Well NO it won't happen again, we can't trust you to buy from you again! Jack stated he didn't have time to really look at this one, that he had checked to make sure the tires weren't lose. He heard the road noise as well. Hind sight is 20/20 as they say. We should have put 2 and 2 together when the first car we drove had serious rear suspension issues. I asked what they were going to do to make it right. There is nothing I can do is the response we received. I'm VERY sad, that is surely not how we run our business.

Then to make it worse, I later received an email claiming they had contacted me and that I didn't respond, and that they were withdrawing my application. That statement is completely false. I never received a single call, voicemail, email, or message from anyone before the interview. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was shocking. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Would not recommend pursuing employment here.

I start the car no check engine lights. Dude plugs a scanner into the car and all the sudden its throwing a code and has a check engine light. I had him clear the code and I restarted the car. No check engine light. Took it to the mechanic to have them hook it to a scanner and to the auto zone and neither on found a code!!!

We also weren't familiar with Idaho's governing on the matter). We managed to call a few places before they closed but most wouldn't see us that same day. We were recommended here. Matt and his team were unbelievably fantastic. They stayed late that day (on a Friday) to diagnose our issue. They would have tried to fix it that night but didn't have the necessary parts & needed to wait for Subaru to open up the next day. They were also extremely communicative, making sure we knew what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. It was very clear they were the best Subaru expert mechanics in town. When all was done, it was also much more affordable than we expected. We still got to Denver on Saturday with no car problems!! All thanks to Boise Auto Arena. Cannot express how much we recommend the team. PS we got to play with 2 cute dogs while we waited :)

Checked their website and it said the vehicle was newly traded in and was still available. Filled out the contact form on their website. Waited several hours and didn't hear anything. Drove out to their lot to see the vehicle and found out it was closed even though their website said they were open. Called the number on the door and was told the vehicle was sold over a week ago. Was told a bunch of lame excuses on why they didn't have it. This was a classic bate and switch. Don't waste your time with this place!
