So I needed a brake light replaced, Jason said everyone was at lunch, but he came out and replaced it himself. Said I needed 2 new tires, he ordered them, made an appt to get them done next week, and he put in the book the price for the tires and the brake light to be paid on my next visit. I wanna start by saying that Jason's tire and auto is a first class establishment to do business with, they remind me of an old hometown shop that my father used to use and that I grew up using when I was younger back in California. They are upfront, the whole entire staff is friendly, they keep your car clean. , And when I brought an automobile in that, I was thinking of purchasing, thank God that the way they do business and went over every inch of that car, to find out it was gonna cost me an additional $2500 on top of the price that the private party wanted and did not disclose, I was saved a lot of grief money. I brought another vehicle in that I was considering purchasing and found out that simply the battery was bad, they replaced the battery, told me that the entire charging system was good, "My Granddaughter" and I were in and out of there in a couple of hours, Jason isn't upfront owner, he gives you your how they can take care of you, based on your financial needs at that time, I will continue to do business with this establishment, if you think that they charge too much, compare it to another establishment in Moore , I will continue to go back to take care of my wife's and my vehicle along with , as long as they are in business by the way, Cynthia at the front desk couldn't be more professional and friendly, it's nice to see a smiling face . Again, these guys proved their care for the customer. The day of appointment for my new tires, my son fell very ill. The guys let me use their shop car to take my son to the doctor while they put on tires.......I also bought a local discount card from the Pinecrest high school wrestling team, and Jason's has a coupon for a free oil change....so I love how they support the local community as well. read more

Thankfully, it has been almost 9 years since I needed any significant repairs done, but Jason's has saved me on at least two occasions when the dealer told me I needed a major repair and Jason identified that the repair was either unnecessary or a simpler fix. I regularly take my vehicles here just for quick checks or the small maintenance items that have come up, and they have won my business by consistently being honest and upfront in their explanations and recommendations. I have never experienced an upsell at Jason's and they regularly seem to turn down opportunities to do service if they don't think it is 100% necessary. I also love that it seems like I'm consistently dealing with the same faces, Stanley behind the counter and Jason in the garage. read more

Jason's was recommended to me by a friend as a reputable business that could service my BMW reliably for basic automotive repairs/services. Being relatively new to the area and wanting desperately to avoid the ridiculously overpriced services of a BMW dealership, I went to Jason's for new tires tires and an oil change. As I asked them to do a once over and determine what work might be needed, they had the opportunity to jerk me around and rack up charges, but they didn't. They just did what I asked for and didn't add in any unneccessary services. I will go back. read more

I took my car here to replace a door I purchased from a junkyard. Jason's provided outstanding service at a reasonable price and I was very grateful for the prompt work and excellent Fitment. I went to Jason's first years ago, ended up recommending my parents, who still to this day go to Jason's, and I was reminded the other day why. They are always professional, fast, king reasonably priced and most of all HONEST! They fit us in and fixed everything as soon as they could! There are too many placed out there that rip you off every chance they get, some that will flat out lie, and either not fix, or not actually replace the parts they say they are, but Not Jason's. The work they did was fine; however they went over their estimate by quite a bit but never called me for approval, or to explain to me why they had gone over. I had to call back and speak to a manager to get an explanation, which I accepted. I recommend that if you use them, you should get they're estimate in writing before you let them do the work, and make sure they call you if it's going to go over the estimate. I think it's a good shop, and the folks working there seem to be nice and professional. I would use them again, but I'd make them stick to their estimate next time. read more

I went to Jason's based on the outstanding customer service and honesty they provided to my son when he had a problem with his vehicle. While another shop quoted him $220+, Jason' diagnosed and replaced a minor module for $30 total. I subsequently took my 2004 Jeep Wrangler in to JTA for 2 separate repairs on 2 different weeks: They scheduled me immediately and performed the work on time and within the cost quote. The technical repairs for the radiator and clutch release bearing fixed the exact problems I was having. My Jeep is running great again. I give them high marks for trustworthiness, professional competence and customer service. I highly recommend their services. read more
