We were being treated by a friend as a wedding gift so we had a specific budget to work within, and I had absolutely no idea which treatments to choose or what would make the most sense for us. Before our visit, I called and spoke with Carla, who was incredibly patient and helpful. She walked me through all of the services they offer, answered every question I had, and gave us amazing recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured. When we arrived, Samantha checked us in and happened to overhear my husband mention to me that he's always wanted to try red light therapy. She immediately offered us both a complimentary 10-minute session. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and only the beginning of how special everyone made our day feel!! My husband had his massage with Nadia and said he has never felt better after a massage. She appreciated his direction and tailored the entire tx to exactly what his body needed rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He cannot stop talking about how amazing he feels!! I had my cucumber and honey body cocktail with Melissa, and she was an absolute angel. She was so warm and sweet, and the tx itself was incredible!!! From the moment she introduced herself I could tell she's not only exceptional at what she does, but genuinely cares about creating a wonderful experience. When I mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding, she completely surprised us by arranging a complimentary 45-minute couples Moroccan bath after our individual treatments. Blanca, the bath attendant, had everything beautifully set up for us in a private room with ambient red lighting, two huge tubs filled with essential oils and jets, full glasses of champagne, tea, and snacks. It was romantic, luxurious, and so so thoughtful. Just the perfect way to relax together and *soak* in this new chapter of our lives. Every single person we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They put the numbing cream on for about 40 min this time but that was after consulting with Shira. She came in to ask if I had any concerns or questions and was very sweet throughout the whole process. I believe we went up one level this time by having the needles go a little deeper into the skin. The hardest part is probably the alcohol that has to be wiped on the skin prior to the serum and needles. I honestly did not feel anything during the process. I'm excited to see where this session takes me and hope that my acne scars continue to fade.

Let me start by saying that this is NOT a relaxing process, however the staff at The Gleamery do their best....I was rigged up with compression boots, heated/ vibrating goggles, and constant checks by the hygienist. The only reason the process wasn't relaxing is due to the constant swallowing that is necessary throughout the process so as not to allow too much saliva to accumulate in the mouth and mix with the gel ( if I got TOO relaxed, I swallowed the bitter gel taste, which quickly jolted me back to reality). Note that I also opted for a cleaning, which was painless as well. While my results are not " Hollywood White" as I was expecting, they look natural and most importantly I experienced ZERO tooth sensitivity, nothing short of a miracle for me. The Gleamery sent me home with a goody bag that included sensitivity trays which I will save for my at home whitening between professional visits.
