These guys fixed it plus made my house electricity more stable by cleaning up the ugly mess left by someone else AND out of nowhere three indoor outlets that were dead for 10-years started working out of nowhere -- all because it was wired wrong a decade ago. It's just normal to hesitate to call a company that doesn't have enough Yelp reviews. It seams like we are always attracted to the company that gets the most positive reviews. This is often unfair to the smaller companies that haven't received a couple hundred local clients on Yelp. Well this is exactly that situation. I called Fernando to come over and talk then hired him run some lines and add some outlets and did great. Even after I couldn't put some things where I wanted to because of large beams he had the professionalism and knowledge to make it work well! Fair in price also. Fernando and the guys are a true Godsend! Needed to replace the ancient 60-amp panel and add a dedicated circuit for the microwave in our new house. Fernando was quick to respond and gave us an amazing quote. He made sure I was involved and informed at every step of the process Even with a very minor scheduling issue, they got started right on time and had no problems putting the panel in its new location. I was so worried our house would be filled with holes for the new circuit, but like true masters, they got the circuit routed all the way to the kitchen(about 35 feet from the wall with the panel) with only two small holes in the ceiling. The only downside is that they do not do the plaster/stucco work themselves, but Fernando has a couple contractors of notable skill to recommend that also give great prices and do amazing work. If not for our own work schedule, the entire process would have taken no more than 2-3 days. 1 day for the changeout, 1 day for the stucco, and 1 day for the inspector to sign off. He and his team just went through and did grounding of all our outlets and switches, as well as installing new outlets inside and outside. I only do same day reviews if it's worth it or that bad, and let me say this electrician was that great! I called them on Sunday at 11:30 and Fernando got here by 1pm on the same day! He was as polite, upfront and friendly in person as he was on the phone. Our electricity had gone out on half of the house and after trying the main circuit breakers, were at a loss on a solution. We already knew the owners before we bought the house tried to fix things on their own in not the safest manner. We could've hired an unlicensed electrician or handyman but we are so glad we went with a legit, licensed electrician whose prices are reasonable and affordable. While fixing the problem with the circuit breakers, Fernando also took note of small things to fix on our own to save money and also a few other things he could take care off in the future. There was no pressure to get things done ASAP as it was more suggestions for safety and up to code. We also had him fix our recessed lighting which we haven't been able to work consistently for the past several years! We would absolutely hire Fernando and his co again and wouldn't hesitate in referring him. He went out of his way to check all our outlets, including the garage and backyard. I normally only hire companies with lots of reviews but I'm so glad he returned our call when most companies are closed on Sundays. I called Roc Electric due to an emergency type electrical issue/power outage at my parents' house on a very hot evening. The AC was one of the things that went out, which was not good for my folks with health issues. I briefly explained the issue to Fernando on his voicemail message; he called me back right away, & I further explained the urgent nature of the call. We just used American Chase Electric, Fernando and his team, to install GFCI outlets with USB ports, 37 recessed lights, 2 ceiling fan/light fixture combos, plus 2 led fixtures most of our lights required dimmers and 3-way switches. This was a whole house job as most of our home had no previous recessed lights. Fernando and his team did a wonderful job! His price was competitive and fair. By far this is the best electrical contractor I have hired. I got numerous quotes to fix something that a electrician / handyman had done . Learning from that experience I now get different quotes from contractor's but these guys were the most professional, had the best prices and were super friendly. They came in did a job for me and I love them so much that I kept adding things for them to do. I loved their prices in combination with their service and professionalism that I ended up getting my panel upgraded. They didn't pressure me not one bit or try to sell me anything I didn't need, I know a little bit about electricity and a little handy but I like to leave this to the professionals especially having going through that handyman that almost cause a fire not to mention I usually take five times as long to do something that these guys would normally do in one day. I will definitely use American Chase Electric for all of my electrical needs!!! I called on a hot Saturday afternoon because I needed a 30 amp plug installed at my home for my RV. It was hot and I wanted to run the AC without bothering my neighbors by running the loud generator. Fernando was very responsive and within 3 hours of my call he was doing my install.
