Overnight oats and oat milk latte
    Caitlin B.

Cute coffee shop with a delicious latte! The employees working that day were lovely and kind. Can't get the sandwiches modified because they're premade, but they looked delicious. I had the overnight oats which are made with mango and coconut and they were even better than the description! Vegan and dairy free, probably some of the best overnight oats I've tried!

I'm learning about Vancouver coffee which is much different than what I'm used to in Seattle. Here, largest option was a 12 ounce. Stopped in for a quick bite and coffee. I enjoyed the my Americano misto with almond milk and the breakfast sandwich with ham, egg, arugula. was delicious! The coffee was smooth and silky, not bitter like the big box store. Not so delicious was the iced vanilla latte and egg and spinach muffin (English muffin with egg, spinach and cheddar cheese). Service was great, this cozy place was crowded.

Great coffee shop. Lots of seating. I love their board on the wall of coffee knowledge, so people don't feel lost when they are ordering coffee. We came later in the day so they don't have much options for food. I had an oatmeal cinnamon cookie which was very soft and chewy. I enjoyed it. The coffee was interesting- I got an egg nog latte- and I did not really like it. But their latte art 10/10. Perfect. Maybe would try something else if I went again. Overall cute and cozy little cafe.

Overall a very chill coffeeshop, with decent coffee and pastries. I liked the poster on their wall of the coffee/milk ratio of common espresso drinks. I also liked how they make their pastries in house, you can smell the pleasant aroma of baked goods the second you walk in. I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry kolach. The cappuccino was tasty and made very swiftly after ordering. The blueberry kolach was tasty, not too sweet, a bit crunchy, and overall paired well with my cappuccino. I will definitely return to try their pourovers and another pastry!

Matcha latte and cherry tomato danish
    Karen S.

Charming ambience with an airy, relaxed feel. Very clean, well-tended interior. It was challenging to select from the pastry case because everything looked so tempting. I chose a cherry tomato danish which they warmed for me. It was fluffy, satisfying and struck a nice balance between sweet and savory, with intensely flavourful roasted tomatoes. My matcha was a little lean in flavour and was served barely warm...I ended with a slice of carrot cake which was surprisingly dry (for carrot cake). It was more like an austere reimagining of carrot cake but enjoyable once I adjusted my expectations. 3.5 for the food but an overall 4.0 experience.

Vanilla latte, cortado, and matcha strawberry danish

This coffee spot was right by our hotel so we stopped by here for morning coffee. The cutest inside with plenty of tables for working. I got the vanilla latte and the matcha strawberry danish. The vanilla latte was almost all milk, could not get a strong coffee flavor, did not love it. The matcha pastry was okay, tasted a day old. Coffee didn't hit the spot, but great interior and spot to catch up or do some work.

Cozy coffee shop. Great coffee. They offer a variety of croissants. They were generous in size, flaky and delicious.

I visited here during my stay in Vancouver. It was around 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, but several customers were already sitting in the store. I chose Blue Matcha Latte from the drink menu. I was curious about what it would taste like. It had an indescribably gentle taste. And I bought cheese scone, custard and raspberry pastries. The pastry was good because it was less sweet. The scones taste warm and nice, too. I was going to have breakfast inside the store, but it wasn't very comfortable, so I took it back to the hotel. I'm looking forward to relaxing in the store next time.

I love places that are open early and serve good coffee. But this place didn't make the cut. Got their croissant and cap, I can honestly say the croissant is pretty good but not the cap though. But what made it worst was the staff there were a bit racist I couldn't tell at the beginning but I was able to see how they treated other customers when ordering their drinks. They greeted them nicely and says thank you; however, when I said "thank you" one of the staff just looked away and ignored me. Well, it's a little sad for a cute place like this to have this such treatment. Hope they can be better!

Outstanding coffee and pastries. We went daily during our time in Vancouver. Got the nanaimo and the banana muffin, so good! I tried the butterfly matcha latte, matcha latte, regular latte, and the London fog latte. My husband got the cortado each time. The coffee is delectable, some of the best I've ever had. The space itself has WiFi, many tables, quiet music playing, and a super cozy vibe, plus free water. I loved it!

Hummus & Veggie Sandwich, Ferroro Rocher, Milk Oolong
    Dana S.

This coffee shop is a little hidden but but very welcoming. The interior feels very down-to-earth and organic, a nice change of pace from the ultra-modern coffee bars that dominate downtown. Friendly service from the barista. I noticed that they have a great tea list and a bigger selection of pastries that i would've expected from the size of the shop. There are a good options for vegans (one sandwich and a few pastries). I stopped here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drink. Everything had that homemade "prepared with care" quality. I got the hummus and veggie sandwich, a "Ferrero Rocher" (their homemade version, which happens to be vegan), and a milk oolong tea. The sourdough they used for the sandwich was amazing! There are plenty of hummus sandwiches out there but this was definitely one of the better ones. I really liked their Ferrero Rocher too (more than I like the actual candy), it had a very rich cocoa flavour. The milk oolong ("milk oolong" is the type of tea, not oolong with milk) was nice and delicate. The prices are very reasonable, especially for downtown. My total was just under $20. You can pay with card, but there was a sign at the register saying that they prefer cash payment, so this is the time to use it if you have it.

This was a surprisingly nice spot to stumble into. We were just looking for coffee and maybe some breakfast. Servers were very pleasant and patient. Big space with great ambiance and a variety of seating options. Latte was delicious. I enjoyed the egg and ham English muffin. Sounds simple but it was really well made. Cardamom bun was kind of dry but the middle was soaked in some delicious berry compote. I didn't taste the cardamom at all. Kids loved their cinnamon buns.

    Menu

Good coffee from a selection of good roasts. The pour over is done right. The staff are friendly. It's a small place with nice ambiance. Only five small tables, one large one and two bar height tables.

One thing noticeable about this restaurant is the lacking of plates. They used majority of their plates to serve the food on. However the food were served as finger foods and we were expected to hold our food in our hand. Somewhat strange. They also ran out of glasses during the party. The bartender couldn't even keep up with our drinks. Anyways other than the above. The event was a great event. I got the opportunity to try all four of their mocktails: - Blueberry Basil Lemonade - Mango Lavender Lemonade - Minty-Berry Sour - Pear Lavender Sour All their drinks were very fancy prepared and my favorite are the Minty-Berry Sour and the Blueberry Basil Lemonade. I also found that there is some inconsistency in the glass they serve it out of. The food was delicious as mentioned before. My favorite out of their finger foods were the grill cheese brisket. OMG that was really good. The other memorable items are the porkbelly and fried chicken. I think the fried chicken is one of their popular items on the menu served during brunch. The cheesecake at the end I got was very soft but flavorful. The cheeseburger slider was really good too. Overall I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere and decor of the place was nice. The restaurant is very small. Because we were over 100 people, there was a wait for the 3 stalls in the bathroom. There was not enough tables and chairs for everyone to sit. I think the restaurant can comfortably maybe accommodate around 40 or 50 guests max. I will definitely be back again someday to try their brunch menu.
