I called here on 03/04/2026 and spoke to a very kind representative who took all of my personal information for myself, spouse, and home for a homeowners insurance quote. I would be told it would take a couple of days to get a quote back which I said was not an issue but said my homeowners is up for renewal on 04/06/2026. By 03/23/2026 I still heard nothing (almost 20 days later) and called in to ask on the status of the quote. They apologized for the delay and said it was on the managers desk. I stated again my insurance policy renews on 04/06/2026 and they said it would not be a problem that they were working on it. It is now 04/07/2026 and this insurance company has not called me back at all. They were more than happy to take all my personal information, such as my social security number, date of birth, and other sensitive information yet never even provided me with a quote. If there was not a lot of positive reviews for this company, I would be concerned I was scammed out of my personal information, but then again those reviews could be fake as I have had a less than optimal experience.
