Meantime, after seeing Chiropractor's and too many scans ( $$$) my ortho ( the ONLY doctor who would help me) had to preform this simple procedure 75 miles from me. I TOLD them STOP THE CLAIM and pay my ortho. It took over 2 months in massive pain before they would close this case so I could finally get relief. I must say " Fatima" was excellent at communication. She is some associate at this law firm. I NEVER even knew who the attorney was. And forget the APP. It doesnt work most of the time. This must be a Wallmart of legal services, Very impersonal. . 2) Personal property damage. I lived with a water pipe break damage with mold for 1 FULL YEAR! They waste no time having you sign over POA and actually answer the phone until the process begins. Once you sign forget it. I had to email constantly & provoded detailed invoices and pictures along with my homeowners policy that CLEARY said this damage is covered. I must have worked with 5 different " associates" ( because I don't know who they are) until I must have been assigned an attorney? Who knows? " Dayma":, my asigned lawyer may have contacted me 3X during the course of a entire year. When the zoom meeting finally came she gave 0 defense on my behalf and simply advised me to " be nice" to the insurance attorney. I would hate to have her defend me in court! I could have done a better job on my own. She said to me " Im having my guest bathroom redone as well and it's $8000.00 . I asked for her contractors #, no reply. My damages exceeded $100.000. I will receive a check for $16,000 hopefully today after a whole year later showering at the gym. It covers NOTHING. Toward the end I received a call one evening telling me my case was dropped! Imagine the stress! Then the next day I was informed the " had the wrong client"... They were negligent to discover my home was paid or. Asked me to drive 20 miles to a bank branch for a document proving this. Then, like anyone could have done, accessed public records and gee look at that. Another delay. CONSTANT delays due to negligence. Also lost damage pictures... Wonder if they ever actually READ my policy? Might as well battle this out yourself with your own insurance companies. Same result & save 20%. They will STRONGLY advise you NOT to peruse litigation or any further action. Probably know they cant win? This firm will ignore you and preform the very minimum required to close a case. I have several attorney associated who have helped many friends & clients. This firm is what gives lawyers a bad name.
