She is so rude on the phone when you cancel an appointment. She asked me why I was canceling which is none of her business she is not my boss. She said I canceled twice in this whole year and she said she can prove it it's on paper. Hahaha!! I told her she was so annoying because she just keeps talking and talking and doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. I told her my dad passed away a week and a half before and she didn't even say anything about that went right over it. I had six fillings done last year in 2021 and she said they were only covered for one year and I called by Delta dental and they said it was covered for 24 months. I went to go see the doctor yesterday over a filling that I thought may have fell out and I told him that I thought he was a great Dentist but his receptionist Michelle was very rude and all he could say was "well we all have bad days" really! I gladly went up to the desk and asked for all my x-rays to be emailed to me and of course Michelle the very rude one only emailed me two of them and I've been going there for 4 years. I had to call her and tell her to send me all of them. She never stops talking she over talk to you all the time I've heard her do it to other patients while I sit in the waiting room and I could tell they are aggravated also. You would think the doctor what is said oh well I would like to know what she said to you, but he didn't. He lost me as a patient and I will tell everybody I know not to go back to him or to see him. I do not recommend this place.

Are you kidding me. the chip was my fault, not caused by structural weakness. I'm 62yo and had 2 sets of braces. My teeth look great. No way am I going to "ruin" the look of my teeth with $6,000 veneers. This place upsells. I'm out. Then they scared her into a non-covered laser procedure for $200 because they made her gums bleed a little. She doesn't have a bleeding disorder. Her teeth don't bleed when she flosses. No one at Redwood said she had periodontal disease. If she'd waiting 3 minutes and rinsed her mouth with water the bleeding would have stopped on its own. She has perfect teeth. Perfectly straight. All 4 wisdom teeth intact. Never a cavity in 65 years and they tell her she'll risk losing her teeth without a deep planing. Her scan did not show a single area of red. At MOST, a perio maintenance cleaning MAY have been appropriate. The treatment plan they scared her into was inappropriate. They scammed her. And now they have lost TWO patients.

I abhor…read morethe dentist, I hate having some flaky ass dental hygienist pick at my teeth for 45 minutes while telling me about her flaky ass life. That incessant chatter is enough to make someone go crazy. However, Dr. Manisha Patel is the one who cleans your teeth, not a hygienist and she uses a vibrating tooth pick thinger (technical term) so she gets it done in 10 minutes. It's BRILLIANT. She's great, she does a thorough work up, and she's just really pleasant to be around. It's a low key family run office. I loved her, I will actually go back for my 6 month check up.
