However, I was later charged for both months and an annual fee of $65 before the two month promo period needed. When I questioned the charges, I was told that I should have read the contract, even though the promotion was presented very differently. The salesperson, Amir Emadian, told me that I had not been charged, but I later found charges on my account. I also experienced ongoing charges that were never clearly explained to me. They also told me I was never charged the first month $4 so they were charging the first month now at $144. I have multiple charges on my account from the day I signed up and it's only been one month. This place is a scam. I feel that the sales presentation was misleading and did not match what actually happened. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining to carefully review every document and closely monitor their bank account for unexpected charges.

A 1 hour workout could become a 2 hour workout paired with a headache of trying to catch a machine or bench that's empty. They are predators and willing to lie to get you to sign. When I asked why, I was told the day passes are basically for selling memberships. So apparently the pass is only "free" if you're viewed as a potential sale. That's completely different from how it's presented online. If the free pass is conditional upon membership intent, that should be stated clearly before people waste their time making the trip. The employee was polite, so this isn't a complaint about the staff. It's a complaint about a marketing practice that feels misleading. Calling something a "free day pass" and then deciding at the front desk whether it applies is frustrating and leaves a bad first impression. Won't be coming back and I will be spreading this information as well to others before they waste their time on a drive.
