I love that this spot has plenty of autobelays! Super fun routes for both rope climbing and bouldering, and they have a discount for EMS/first responders. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area

Such a cool place for seasoned climbers and newcomers. My kids charter school allows us a membership here and we come twice a week for PE. We love that there are skilled instructors who are so kid and patient with everyone, and my husband and I can enjoy the gym and yoga while the kids play. Definitely a local favorite!

This place is my second home. I live close so it's super convenient, but also the staff is amazing, super chill, and fun to talk to. The place is not crowded which is great, cause I don't have to wait for any of the machines when I need them. They have the basics when is comes to equipment but that's everything I need for my workout. I love and appreciate the climbing area too. It's such a great workout, I'm sore in muscles I didn't even know I had after climbing for only a little bit. Yoga classes are superb for recovery. Sometimes my day will consist of a workout in the morning followed by a slack line practice then I'll come back for some climbing or yoga in the evening. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a simple place that still has it all. P.S they also have workout classes, a kids play area, child care, as well as a basketball court that look fun.

Everything thrown around not organized or safe

The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude, which gave us a horrible first impression. It was so hot in there that no one could have a good time. The temperature in there was unsafe for my children. It's not clean, and shirtless children were running around everywhere. Definitely will not be back.

Rock Fitness is awesome. My kids and I have been probably 10 times over the last few years and we always have a good time. Reason I decided to post a review now if my son just had his 11th bday party at RF. Let me tell you, we had a blast. The staff is very careful to cover all safety rules before they'll let anyone climb and they keep a watchful eye while the kids are doing their thing. My son even got a one month membership included with the party. Pretty sweet deal. We had kids with a range of experience and there is something for all to enjoy. My kid both enjoy bouldering more than clipping in but there are lines ranging from easy(young kid level) to expert. We've always enjoyed our time at RF but the quality and value of the bday party forced me to post something positive for the folks at RF.

My second Better Business Bureau message and reply to Adam Grant's First Better Business Bureau reply
    Joe T.

I attempted to get a resolution to this situation through the Better Business Bureau. The owner, Adam Grant, replied, again erroneously, that I "emailed and called multiple times that day to speak with me." I had called ZERO times, that same amount of times that I returned to the business or spoke with those on the court, which were Adam Grant's prior fabricated accussations. Adam Grant then went to explain his lack of reply and wrongful termination of my membership by stating that "I try to respond to everyone in a timely manner, and don't like saying that I am busy, but since covid, things have been rough, and I have had to have another job as well as manage everything here. I was here working, in meetings, and on phone calls till we closed at 9pm, then went home and worked till 2am. That's been my normal schedule for quite some time. I was planning on responding within 1-2 days, and emailed him the next day. This is also a charity business that I keep going for homeschool families, special need groups, PTSD vets, members and more. Not only do I not receive any wages, but most of the income from my other job goes to fund payroll and rent here." I pointed out in reply that I had not called, and also that I had been erroneously charged the wrong prorated amount for the last few days of January that did not reflect the 10$/monthly charge I had agreed to and that his in-business tablets were not updated to reflect. Adam Grant refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on his part, refused to refund the wrongful prorated charge of that first month, and only offered a refund of 8$ for the month he terminated my membership. I explained that I only paid the 100$ one-time fee with the understanding that I would be able to visit this gym for years to come. Adam Grant didn't care. He said his employee didn't tell me things that I definitely was told, and rather than apologize for all of the wrongful accusations he made against me (multiple calls, speaking to those on the court, returning to the business) or for terminating my membership due to a complaint based on what his employee told me, Adam Grant just said that he hasn't had any complaints with the Better Business Bureau in his 11 years of business. Or semi-business, since I guess he runs this as a charity. Adam Grant is a dishonest proprietor and this establishment does not deserve your time or patronage. I was mistreated for properly raising a complaint via email based on incorrect information given and then terminated as a member based on false pretenses. Wildomar and the surrounding community deserves far better than Adam Grant and Rock Fitness. And Adam, now you do have a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This place is awesome! My brother flew in from out of town, and I brought him to Rock Fitness Climbing Gym, and he absolutely loved it! We had so much fun! It was quite the workout! I recommend for all! They have different events every night of the week. I'm interested in checking out their coffee and climbing nights on Thursdays! It's super family friendly!

Great environment. A lot of space to Boulder, Top Rope, or Lead Climb! I've been here for almost 2 years now I highly recommend joining the Rock Fitness Family! They have a new manager TJ who shows his appreciation and loyalty to us members! The community here is second to none!

Soooo, I probably won't be back to this location. From start to finish I was not impressed at all. I'm currently looking to join another gym so I figured I would drop in since I pass by it everyday on the highway. To start, the receptionist did not seem very interested in helping me although she did ensure that I filled out the lengthy "hold-harmless" agreement on the little iPad next to the reception booth. After I filled out my information, I figured I would get a "walk-about" of the site buuuuut, no. She told me to go ahead, so I did! Walking around the facility took all of less than five minutes. The "gym" portion of the facility is subpar, there are a few pieces of workout equipment but if you are looking for an "actual" gym, this is not the place. The climbing walls were okay I suppose, but it seemed that it was designed for mostly younger folks (kids). Maybe not, but that's all I saw in there. Not saying this was a bad experience but it certainly wasn't an experience I could speak highly of.

I had tried everything for my herniated discs in my neck and back and my torn rotator cuff, too. What I realized from taking all those pain meds that were messing up my stomach and the PT sessions all they would do is temporarily take the edge off of my pain for a few hours , but Sarah's approach with MFR, her knowledge as an OT and her intuitive holistic approach got to the root of the problem and with consistency, I am happy that I can move, enjoy my life, go for a run and play with my kids without pain meds and I'm so much better now compared to where I was where I couldn't sleep at night. The other thing that really stood out about her is that she is such a kind and compassionate person who really cares about how you're feeling. She actually checks up on you after sessions and also gives you things to do so you can help yourself between visits. So, if you're willing to actually put in the time and effort to see her weekly, it's the only way to go!
