However the dish lacked overall flavor and the amount received for the price paid did not equal. Was excited to try the filet and lobster bowl. However extremely disappointed with the overal taste and presentation of the bowl after seeing online picture. The only thing that saved the dish was the the filet was indeed tender. But majorly lacking in the flavor department. They also advertised bottled drinks online. I added a bottle of water to only find out upon arrival they did not have bottled drinks so they gave a a togo water....they were also out of take out Silverware. read more

I have a shrimp allergy, and I truly appreciate how kind and accommodating they always are. They never make me feel like an inconvenience. Every time, they happily substitute crawfish for shrimp, and it always turns out perfect. My absolute favorite is the Jailhouse Roll. It is insanely good! I've tried a few of their other rolls too, and everything I've had so far has been amazing. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the vibe is great whether you're dining in or picking up. I had lunch with my parents here today. As a vegan, the only vegan rolls I found on the menu were veggie rolls, so I ordered three. What a MAJOR disappointment! They were basically lettuce rolls. Most pieces had absolutely no avocado at all, just a bunch of lettuce and a very tiny piece of cucumber. The pieces that did have avocado had the thinnest sliver they could manage to produce. It was barely visible and certainly not able to be tasted. It was an absolute joke! The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my parents said theirs was decent. read more

My wife ordered her food and it took over an hour. i asked her to order me a spicy tuna roll and salmon sashimi order while she was out. She tells me they are out of salmon, I guess that can happen at a sushi chain restaurant.No big deal exchange it for yellowfin. It takes an hour for them to make that as well. My wife gets home and its only two pieces of Sashimi when its supposed to be four and i wish i could figure out how to upload the photo but my spicy tuna roll literally had almost no tuna inside of it. The rolls are so enormous and mostly rice it's almost inedible. One roll is the size of a hockey puck and is just a ball of rice. Whoever is making these rolls needs to be trained properly. They were cut in all different sizes and couldn't be eaten in one bite. I went around 1:45 on a Friday. I will not be going back. There's a great sushi place I will continue visiting walking distance from this place. Don't spend your hard earned money on this establishment. read more

(Kind of odd their menu pictures/commercial ads showed nothing about this "unique sushi technique". It's just mashed up/decimated ingredients, unrecognizable and falling apart.The second picture is their local competition. Almost all of their local competition is more experienced/less expensive. That was truly the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. We came in at 3pm so I don't know if they just didn't feel like making anything fresh but our rice was dry and hard. It tasted like sushi I'd left in my fridge for a few days. It also did not taste like sushi rice. It just tasted like plain white rice that has been sitting out. The fish tasted old and was only edible if they covered it in sauce. The avocado was so unripe it was hard and rubbery. We did not even know it was supposed to be avocado. We had to look up the menu to figure out what it was. I have never seen somewhere serve an unripe avocado like that. I'm not a picky person but it makes me nauseas to even think about. I've seen other good reviews so I don't know if it's better for dinner but old rice, terrible fish, and leathery avocado were too much for us. read more

Once I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later I was told the order hadn't even been started and they weren't sure when they would start (ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes). Other people were sitting around waiting for their to-go orders, tables were sitting with no food and the waitresses were consistently telling people they weren't sure when their orders would be ready. I've gone to a couple Rock n Roll locations over the years and the service has consistently had a lot of room to improve and the food has usually always been good. It's just disappointing. read more
