Placed a take order and order was ready in the time listed. Ordered the edamame and paid extra for spicy. However the dish lacked overall flavor and the amount received for the price paid did not equal. Was excited to try the filet and lobster bowl. However extremely disappointed with the overal taste and presentation of the bowl after seeing online picture. The only thing that saved the dish was the the filet was indeed tender. But majorly lacking in the flavor department. They also advertised bottled drinks online. I had lunch with my parents here today. As a vegan, the only vegan rolls I found on the menu were veggie rolls, so I ordered three. What a MAJOR disappointment! They were basically lettuce rolls. Most pieces had absolutely no avocado at all, just a bunch of lettuce and a very tiny piece of cucumber. The pieces that did have avocado had the thinnest sliver they could manage to produce. It was barely visible and certainly not able to be tasted. It was an absolute joke! The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my parents said theirs was decent. read more

My wife ordered her food and it took over an hour. i asked her to order me a spicy tuna roll and salmon sashimi order while she was out. She tells me they are out of salmon, I guess that can happen at a sushi chain restaurant.No big deal exchange it for yellowfin. It takes an hour for them to make that as well. My wife gets home and its only two pieces of Sashimi when its supposed to be four and i wish i could figure out how to upload the photo but my spicy tuna roll literally had almost no tuna inside of it. The rolls are so enormous and mostly rice it's almost inedible. One roll is the size of a hockey puck and is just a ball of rice. Whoever is making these rolls needs to be trained properly. They were cut in all different sizes and couldn't be eaten in one bite. I went around 1:45 on a Friday. I will not be going back. That was truly the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. We came in at 3pm so I don't know if they just didn't feel like making anything fresh but our rice was dry and hard. It tasted like sushi I'd left in my fridge for a few days. It also did not taste like sushi rice. It just tasted like plain white rice that has been sitting out. The fish tasted old and was only edible if they covered it in sauce. The avocado was so unripe it was hard and rubbery. We did not even know it was supposed to be avocado. We had to look up the menu to figure out what it was. I have never seen somewhere serve an unripe avocado like that. I'm not a picky person but it makes me nauseas to even think about. I've seen other good reviews so I don't know if it's better for dinner but old rice, terrible fish, and leathery avocado were too much for us. read more

Once I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later I was told the order hadn't even been started and they weren't sure when they would start (ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes). Other people were sitting around waiting for their to-go orders, tables were sitting with no food and the waitresses were consistently telling people they weren't sure when their orders would be ready. I've gone to a couple Rock n Roll locations over the years and the service has consistently had a lot of room to improve and the food has usually always been good. It's just disappointing. read more

I called ahead and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. I end up waiting an hour. While waiting they told a couple that was hoping to dine in that it would be an hour before they could even be served. Kitchen staff had no gloves and one cook in particular was sweating and constantly scratching himself. Dine in orders sat at the bar and the flies got to enjoy the meal before the customers! The theme is rock and many of their menu items have fun names like Rolling Stone Roll, ZZ Top and Red Hit Chili Pepper Rolls. The do have a small party room available for private groups. Don't like sushi? No worry's, their hibachi is fabulous! Dine in or carry our. Watch out for the parking lot in this area, it can get a bit congested.
