Came here for the first time and really enjoyed it all, the environment is lively with really good rock and alternative music playing, extensive menu and cool decorations. Loved bringing my kid here she loved the music and the decor. The kids menu is also pretty good and filling. The food was really good, flavorful, filling as well. Had a great experience, the manager greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant and was very hospitable!! We arrived right before Happy Hour ended at 6pm and ordered some delicious cocktails (Shochu Lychee and Spicy Strawberry Margarita), the drinks were really good! I like the vibe and atmosphere, food not so much. First and last visit. Miso soup tasted sour, salad with ginger dressing did not taste like ginger dressing, sweet tea that was watered down, Hibachi bowl made with frozen vegetables, yum yum sauce was not good, rice was not cooked in a hibachi form. I didn't finish anything and walked out feeling like I needed to puke. I had a choice to get the roll baked or fried wrapped in soy paper cause I can't digest seaweed. OMG so goodddd fresh, hot and it had all the ingredients I love without adding them to make my own roll. The Roll tasted like Cajun spicy soulfood so warm and comfy going down and fresh out the oil. Yall read the ingredients just amazing . The ginger salad was enough for two fresh crispy but I wish it was a Cobb salad cause the dressing was banging. Ok im guilty I picked the bowl don't judge me. . The waitress was a nice cute young lady who told me thats the best roll(l was so into my food I forgot her name) Sorry yall. Also I met the other waiter he was from Miami FL . He greeted us and said I would not regret ordering that roll. We've always seen this spot when headed back to my friend's house but never stopped in. Today was the day we stopped in. We were so glad we did! The food soooo good. From the fried rice, egg rolls to the ginger salad all amazing!!! The VIP roll was absolutely delicious, the jalapeño topped it off dipped in soy sauce and eel sauce; absolutely fire! So ummm... I've been here 5x in the last 2 weeks. It's addicting and delicious. The menus are various album covers filled with pages of an extensive list of rolls with Rock and Roll themed names. Two of my non raw fish friends found many rolls of their liking during our 2 weeks of menu sampling. The VIP roll is our collective favorite. The dine in staff is friendly and fun. I've been here twice. The food is OK depending on what you get. The second time I came in I tried to volcano roll, and it wasn't what I expected. The crab salad on top was not fried or baked, and it had like ramen noodles in it. Be honest it was OK to me wasn't bad, but OK very friendly service. The sushi selection was great but the best part of our visit was the waitress. I'm from the last generation where customer service was a priority. Our waitress definitely understood that. She wiped the pollen off of our table and even switched out a seat that had a little bird poop on it (outside seating). My wife is pregnant so she made sure that our baked and tempura rolls were extra done to minimize any risk of my wife eating raw fish. During the meal she brought a glass of water so we could top off when we were ready even though she was there right on time. We sat outside but the music inside is always hip, old school alternative. We heard everything from Prince to Huey Lewis and the News. Seating is spread out and comfortable. The location is also right around the corner from the Outlet stores. This can make it tricky to get in and out sometimes so just be careful. These things may not be a big deal for others but I appreciated the attention to small details and also the gestures to ensure we had a great experience. Most waiters think it's enough to sit food on the table without spilling anything and then gripe about the tip. Well this young lady was on it. I don't remember her name but she was a mixed, light complexioned lady. High energy and super cool. You can't miss her. This location definitely looks nice especially since it's new but I like the atmosphere but the sushi isn't as good as the Stockbridge location. The waitress wasn't on top of her game we literally waited about 20 mins after we finished desert for the check. Tried The adult ice cream it was definitely a waste of money it was just liquid basically but I definitely would recommend the fried cheesecake with a scoop of ice cream now that is a great dessert. Stopped br Locust Grove overnight on our way to Nashville. We stopped in this completely unexpected little sushi place near the outlet mall for dinner. Cool, rock and roll themed atmosphere. We ordered the App Sampler, miso soup, Cali roll and Pyro roll. Portion was a little small for the miso soup, but no other complaints. I decided to take my kids to Rock N Roll Sushi today for their first sushi experience. It unfortunately didn't happen since after waiting for 45 minutes, we did not so much as receive a glass of water. The parties that got there after us had water on their tables and had their orders taken during that time. One table even received their food before we left. I was there with 3 hungry kids between the ages of 3 and 8, and no one thought we should at least have received our drinks within that time. When I first got there, the waitress who took us to our seat said "I or someone else will come to take your order shortly". Shortly never arrived. Some minutes before we left, she said "I know you guys have been waiting long. Someone will take your order shortly." She went past my table multiple times to go to the table of the lady sitting near us, bringing her food, to-go box, bill, etc. Not at one time did it cross her mind to take our drink orders. A guy came from the kitchen at some point and handed me a coupon. I assume it's because he saw how long I had been waiting although this wasn't said. There was no empathy from anyone. There was so consideration for the fact I was there alone with 3 little kids. After 45 minutes of waiting, my kids were getting restless and we were all hungry. We ended up getting Wendy's from across the street. No one said a word while I stood up with my 3 kids and walked out. It was honestly a very unfortunate situation and the customer service is extremely lacking. read more
