Moved to the albany area 2 years ago, have tried all the vape shops in town and this place takes the cake! Killer prices on juice and coils, house juice is phenomenal and $16 per 60ml bottle, some are even $12, some days they have a 2 for special! the customer service is 5 stars all the way! absolutely recommend!! read more

Good customer service all the times I've attended (3 times since moving to OR in June). Plenty of juice selections to choose from to fit your flavor profile. Inventory is always in stock which is different. I've been to so many vape shops where I finally found something I like, but they always have it out of stock. It's a nice change to finally get what I want right then and there. Coming from Texas where there were vape shops on every corner, this one is by far better than most of them. I would say if you do purchase some of their "House" branded juice, it does need some steeping depending on when it was made just to let the flavors mend, but it's just a flavor profiling problem. Coming from the vape industry where I use to own my own Juice company, i find it all too often. But patience, and eventually the flavor will come through. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area as I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Just stopped here on the way back from California and I'm so happy we've stopped here. We had purchased a product at a vape shop in Portland but was having issues with it, the young lady working this morning was incredibly helpful, personable and kind. These people are rude. I go in to the store wanting to look at vape pens. When I ask to see one she removes the top and hands me the battery. Keeping the tank at a distance. I put the battery back on the counter and I get scolded for putting it back to hard. What use is it to see a battery without the tank... read more

Pretentious mean manager. She was not helpful she sold me a faulty product and then talk to me like I was stupid when I brought it back the next day. Probably the worst experience I've ever had in Albany. I'm usually really nice to people overly nice out here and this woman was obviously just really mean or having a bad day I don't know.
