Left the salon sobbing today after my nails were cut down as short as possible without warning me of the extent they would be "cleaned." Will not be returning. My confidence was ruined after going in to feel better. Extremely disappointed. This never should be done without being completely explained and getting the customers permission. I was told my nails would be cut down before getting a new set, not essentially removed and left with naked fingers. I felt laughed at and made fun of due to the damage on my nails. I much rather would have been told my nails were in bad shape and to come back in the future (even though they are the salon who's been doing my nails for months). So disappointed. Very disappointed. I was anticipating a nice 45 minute spa pedicure - which I chose b/c I had not had a pedicure in a few months. I was willing to pay extra the extra cost of the Spa pedicure so I chose the tech to have time to work on my toes & calluses (sorry I cannot make that sound nicer). I did not care about a calf massage or any of the other extras which I told her when I arrived. What I got was an assembly line pedicure (25 minutes). Nothing extra or special. I was never asked what I wanted- (nails trimmed, calluses done) or if the water was a good temperature. In fact she did not engage with me at all. I asked her to remove a callus & she got very annoyed & she did not remove it. Seriously- I felt like I was dealing with a teenager who was asked to clean her room. Also, I did not like the vibe of the salon. There was a lot going on- overcrowded & the staff were not welcoming. It had about 25 pedicure chairs - like I said before - assembly line. It also had manicure stations and wax rooms. Don't misunderstand- I am very happy to see a business thrive but what struck me was that not one staff person appeared to be happy and/or engaging with clients. Customer service does not appear to be a priority which is fine if the pedicure was good but it definitely was not. I will not be returning. read more

After coming here many times over the course of a year, I am friggin peeved. This place convinced me to get gel nails over acrylic, didn't tell me that gel couldn't be soaked off & the woman started ripping off the gel with her nails when I went to get it removed. After having her stop & file down the gel because I didn't want my nails completely ruined (They don't give you the knowledge about your nails and fuck them up if you don't know anything) I was getting a clads. Prices, also are different on their website vs what is said in person and when questioned about it are always say oh that's because you're not getting gel. So if I got a soak off service, should have costed $5 with another service, doesnt specify what service, instead I'm charged $10. I got a classic mani with my "soak off" where she tried ripping off the gel on my nails. And my mani chipped within hours. I called back to get a touch up where I was told it would be $7 to get it fixed. This isn't the first bad experience I've had here and will never be coming back for anything. To be fair the manager did say I could come back just this once to get it redone but it's not worth going back to a shitty nail salon. Edit: my nails are completely fucked, they were filed down way too much I can barely put my fingers under hot water to wash my hands if I could give them negative stars I would. read more

I dropped by and was pleased that took me in as a Walk in. Amy gave me a spa pedicure, and it was FANTASTIC! The space is beautiful, and feels really upscale. All the pedi foot baths looked very clean and they use the plastic liner as well. The range of colors was extensive, even including brands that last longer, or your standard brands as well. Amy was very efficient and was great with my ridiculously sensitive feet. I walked out of there feeling terrific! I highly recommend this place for pedi urea, and I assume their manicure services are good as well. read more

Every time I go here the pedicure gets shorter and shorter. Twice they have cut my nail/skin around my big toe too short and I get an ingrown toenail. This time I asked them to just file the nails and they left them too long. The polish looks horrible too. This place is way too expensive for a $37 pedicure (plus tip) and only to be waited on for 20 minutes! read more

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot and saw Rock Nails, I knew immediately this would probably be an amazing experience- it was the most beautiful nail salon I had ever seen! The salon front was very organized and efficient, despite the very busy atmosphere. Sophia did my pedicure; my feet were the worst I have ever let them get due to the craziness of our recent move to Wall. Sophia knew her craft well, explained what I would need to do and how we could work together to improve my condition over time. I asked for a French spa pedicure and got that plus a 10 minute massage for $61. My legs and feet are smooth and feel revitalized. I highly recommend it!
