I honestly am not convinced this is a real business. I called and arranged an agreement to receive a donated Dunk Tank for a charity event I was organizing and was told we were guaranteed a dunk tank as long as there was one available one day in advance. The day before the event at noon, I received a phone call that the last dunk tank was spoken for unless we provided our credit card information immediately. I decided to call in as a different person and asked if I could rent two dunk tanks..I was asked to provide payment before the woman on the phone had confirmed they were available. She then said she had to call her boss who was offsite to confirm availability. She called back to tell me the dunk tanks were, in fact, available. My business partner called back regarding the charity event and was told he could not speak to a manager until Monday because they were all in meetings for the entire day. If I had decided to just pay for a dunk tank out of pocket for the charity event, I am not confident anyone would have actually shown up to deliver! TL;DR I am very suspicious of how this place does business and after catching them in a lie, would never rent from them. read more

This company came out to Campo area for our family reunion! The equipment was clean and safe, with an attendant present the whole time. They kept our guests moving and had all waivers signed as well as minors having parents' permission. The attendant kept spirits high and dialed in the appropriate speed for each guest. I rented an inflatable Velcro wall for an adult birthday party and was really happy with Rock Rental. Customer Service was easy and attentive, the price was reasonable, and the wall itself was a huge hit. It kept participants and spectators entertained for 4+ hours and was a unique experience. I've spent my fair share of time in inflatable party structures as a grown-up, so I speak with authority. Unlike lots of other inflatables, the Velcro wall is only for adults or older teens, due to the ridiculously heavy, sweaty plastic + Velcro suit you have to wear to hurl yourself at the wall. I will say, it's pretty hard to get good height when jumping on your own, but we problem-solved effectively by creating human pyramids to boost each other up. Concerns about being permanently stuck to the wall are overblown (hah! overblown!) - even if your friends abandon you, it's possible to peel yourself off after a few minutes. We briefly tried to attach a baby* using a DIY velcro harness (we're pretty resourceful!), but we couldn't get her to stick. The mom blamed it on the baby's head being too heavy. Also, through this experience, I realized the word Velcro is trademarked and should always be capitalized. The more you know! * No babies were harmed in the process. read more

I cannot say enough about my experience with Rock Rental. I had to organize an event for our school in a short period of time and am grateful to the entire staff for guiding me throughout the entire process. Airon, the Operations Manager, was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. BJ and Nick arrived with the rentals on time in a friendly and professional manner. Once they arrived, they assessed how much time each rental would take to set up and proceeded to set them up in the order that would get the students started with the fun as quickly as possible. We rented the Rock Climbing (kids loved this), the Giant Soccer Dart game, and the inflatable Obstacle Course. Both BJ and Nick were patient and professional with the students which is no small thing on the last school day. I've used Rock Rental 4 times now, 2 mechanical bull nights with dunk tanks, and two times with the Bouncy house and climbing wall. It's always really fun and a big hit for sure. Set up on time and fast, easy to work with and very reasonable pricing . Casey is now the only guy that I'll deal with anymore. I've suggested them to a few of my friends and they had the same positive experience they said. We had 2 corporate events and 2 personal events. He's also got huge inflatable things like Santa's and gorillas etc, all kinds of fun stuff. Everybody needs a 50 ft gorilla now and then! Anyway I can recommend Rock Rental for sure! read more

There was an event at our church and Rockrental.com was there with their mechanical bull. I was waiting in line for 45 minutes and the two gentlemen running the ride knew it. I was so excited because it was almost my turn. My grandchildren rode it and I even had to sign a release for them to ride. The part where I got upset is when it was nearly my turn, the gentleman in front of me went to get on the bull and as his leg was uplifted to get onto the bull, all of the air went out of the padded floor. He and I were the last ones in line. We asked what happened and the ride coordinator said, " It's 8 o'clock. We are on contract and have to get up early. We are shutting down." I was so dumbfounded. I just stood there. The guy who was in front of me looked a little upset too.
