I mean it's like my car had ebola (lol)! "Nah, we don't work on them cars". I was so irritated because they wouldn't even look at it. So I had to do a search and all repair shops that would touch my car were two hours or more away. "Sigh..." I saw Euro Motors and gave them a call due to their good reviews. I spoke with Justin who instantly made me feel comfortable and trustworthy. He didn't rush me off the phone, he listened to what I thought may have been the problem and put me down to bring it on on 12/29/25. He even took my name and number, which made me feel that he was serious about what he does, most people would say, "just bring it up there" and not get any contact info. So, I'm there at 10:15am, and I meet Justin who told me they would get it up on the lift and tell me what they see. Mind you this was a two hour trip, so I asked my daughter to follow me because I thought I would be without my car for a few days. LISTEN, Justin said that he could get someone to get it looked at and should be able to tell me something in an hour or so. He also said since I had to drive two hours that if it was a repair the could get to, he would get me done that day! Ya'll, I was elated because I was already dreading having to use my daughters car all week. Luckily the problem was exactly what I thought it was and they were able to get it fixed. He said they should be finished by 1pm! How about, my daughter and I were messing around to waste time in the mall and I got a text before 1 pm saying it was ready! I had to come and leave a review because when you get great service you have to give them flowers!
