You can tell they take pride in how their shelves appear to the consumer! I can say for my own it's really pleasant because as we all know when going to dollar trees the have such a vast variety of items that it's wonderful when they have everything in order for a great shopping experience. The customer service from the cashiers are pretty pleasant as well. There are times there is a certain employee that's at the front and she is always carrying on conversations with the cashiers while the cashier has a customer. I like feeling the few minutes of connection with my cashier when I am the customer. I also don't see it as professional in the workplace.
