I always have Tom do my nails and pedicures. Each time I've gone the service has been above and beyond. Complimentary drinks (water, soda, margaritas) are always offered when you arrive. There is a wide range of pedicure services offered with an easy to read service menu with prices to choose from. Horrible and charged more than the posted price. The technician cut my heel so badly it took 2 weeks to heal, cut the skin on my fingers when trimming the nails. then they tried to charge me $25 more than the prices shown to me in their "book". When I refused to pay the higher price, the "manager" Nina changed the charge to a lower price. When I got my credit card statement, they charged me twice, and the owner Philip refused to refund the higher charge. I am reporting them to the state licensing agency. read more

I was pleased with the service and everyone was very courteous, establishment was very clean and I have no complaints about that. But when I got to the register to pay for my $32 pedicure suddenly it was $47, when I asked why they couldn't give me a real reason other than polish. $15 for polish? Fungal Toenail Infection!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This nail salon does not sterilize and clean their utensils/environment properly. I have never had a problem with any other nail salons besides this one, and now I'm having to see a podiatrist to correct the severe fungal infection in my toe. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting!! I'm dissatisfied. The guy doing my pedicure wasn't even going to do the callus removal, which is the main reason I was there and paid for the next level up. I had to ask him to go back and do it. I'm 99% sure the foot scrubber had rust on it. He was also very sloppy. He left me sitting there for a while and came back smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall, my nails are just ugly and sloppy. I've never disliked french pedicure before, until now. He had already smudged them once while forcing my shoe on too soon, and had to redo it, so it took even longer. By the time he finished, I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone to go into this salon. I walked in and got sat down. Picked my color and waited to be taken care of. This RUDE man comes and starts to drill my nails. Then he starts to shake his head. He said he cannot do my nails because they are too short and I WONT LIKE THE WAY THEY LOOK. Mind you, I had just had a set on that I ripped off because I suffer from severe anxiety that's why I bite my nails. I've been trying to let them grow that's why I got them done in the first place. I took my nieces for a manicure and pedicure. (Both under 10). I wanted them to be pampered. The nail techs rushed the entire experience for us. One of the techs was too concerned about the age and the cost of the older one. We were in and out in than 20 mins. Terrible customer service. read more

I came for a pedicure - she slid the tools over my nails (not actually doing anything) and used the pumice on my heels for MAYBE 10 seconds. My nails aren't even cut straight. They did great work, but went in asking for one thing clearly and was charged for something else, the language barrier is perceived as not knowing what I am asking for, but clearly was over charged . Went in with my friend for a full acrylic set and pedicures. The pedicures were fine, although they hardly did any scrubbing and did NOT do the "callous removing" portion of it. My feet look just as dry and sad as when I went in. As for the acrylic nails, I laid my phone out with a photo of what I wanted. As my lady started finishing up I told her the ombré wasn't blended evenly at all, and that I had wanted the black to be on top. She just told me that she had to add the clear coat and file them down. I'll include photos of what I asked for and what I got. Granted, they're not the worst, but definitely not what I asked for. And she had the photo for reference the entire time and dismissed me when I tried correcting her. Now about cleanliness, I've been here twice for nails and neither time did I see her sterilize her files/ equipment, she even offered the file/buffer she just used on me to her coworker! A day later, my feel are breaking out in a hot rash and the same with my hands. My friend had a bad experience too but that's a whoooole other review. Needless to say we're never going back. read more

nice place. helped quickly and the technician was polite. they offer drinks as well. the only reason i don't know i'll go back is they really push you to do additional more costly services even when you say no. then she had the nerve to ask me when i turned her down "why?". uhhh, because it's my money and i said no. didn't like that at all. i got charged for a full set of nail tips when i only got one nail done because my nail was damaged. it was only $5 but still, if you're gonna charge me the whole amount then do all of them. i heard the lady next to me go through the same ordeal of having to defend her service selection. she did a good job on my services. read more
