I took my daughter in for a Shellac manicure today and the service was friendly, quick and excellent. They explained the process and pricing up front to make sure my daughter received what she asked for and so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The nail tech was very friendly and treated my daughter well. There are also free drinks available for the adults and kids. I was able to enjoy free Mimosas while they worked on my daughter's nails. They were busy and full of customers today but with the amount of nail techs and front end customer service available we only had to wait a few minutes. This place is my favorite! I come for pedicures and I get the most basic one, but it still feels like the whole experience! Callus removal, massage, hot towel, polish, everything! They even have complimentary drinks! Their iced coffee is amazing! They are definitely meticulous and pay attention to the details and will even give their opinion on what they think is best!
