I don't get the members throwing used paper towels on the counter or floor literally 12 feet away from 2 empty garbage cans( photo 1) . The fact that empty Gatorade and water bottles are also left on benches just a few feet again from the big garbage cans by the day care. ( photo 2). The selfish members who bring the dumbbells all the way from the free weight area to the racquetball courts 500 feet away and leave them there for us to trip over and hurt ourselves. The moron who does not wait to scan his gym card and sneaks in at 7:01 am on Saturday 5/30 ( Thinning hair, glasses, 5'11", 195 lbs, white sport shirt over his t shirt) - Yes idiot you are on camera. All these actions make things harder for all. Then these very same members get mad at LAF Mgmt and the maintenance staff for not doing their jobs and cleaning their mess. Go do this same crap at your home. Are you f'ing kidding me? This is a good gym that is open non stop from 4 am on Monday to 11 pm on Friday. This is a place where I leave feeling a million percent better with the endorphins going after the cardio and the workout. Love the Nergizer Juice bar where the awesome Arsenio and coworkers make the best PB smoothies. Members take some f ing pride and do your part. Please be respectful. Let us all enjoy this Signature Club.

The front desk was very friendly and allowed me to get a day pass to check out the gym and workout. The gym is absolutely gorgeous and huge! The workout rooms are spacious and organized. The locker rooms are clean and full of light. Members are very respectful and keep the machines clean. I love that they have a fitrition bar where you can grab a snack, protein shake or a meal after your workout. I tried their thicker than snicker protein shake and it was sooooo good. Tasted exactly like a snicker bar with a touch of banana. It was almost $8 for a small size which was pricey but kept me full for hours. The membership is a bit expensive, $60 a month but you could use all of their push locations which is convenient. Might consider joining.

I've taken great classes with George, Maria, Dawn, and Christine based on my schedule, but all the instructors are very knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive. They're invested in helping their members feel stronger and healthier. The front desk staff also deserve a shoutout because they're always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, I'm really grateful to have found this studio. I went to Adib's class and the moment I walked in the door Adib welcomed me to the gym. He made me feel welcome and ready to work out. He remembered my name right away and he put us to work. The energy of the gym was so great and I like this location because they have bathrooms and changing rooms. I already lost 7 lbs in my first month and it is such a great place to start your fitness journey. After having a baby, it is hard to lose weight and feel like yourself again.
